The lady was so rude and unprofessional, the worst haircut/ uneven sides that my son got from dis location. Never again going back there.

First time going to great clips, would be my last time. Literally was processed quickly in 5 mins. One of the most uneven cut I ever got.

What a great experience. Last Sunday they were so busy but all the girls ran the shop like a well oiled machine with courtesy and smiles. We got in sooner than expected and our daughter who has autism and doesn’t really like her hair touched got an adorable cut with the fastest scissors in town! And my husband also got a great cut(although he’s not nearly as cute as our daughter) but he doesn’t have much to work with any more. We all walked out with a bounce in our steps.

Thought my haircut was alright till I showered that evening. OMG...the one side was 1/2" longer than the other. Went back the next day and the gal that cut my hair was there. She had some lame excuse and both the girl at the cash register and her chuckled about it. I didn't think it was funny at all. She did straighten it out along with more excuses but never apologized.
