I had tried other places to check out my phone with what I thought was malware. They were not able to fix my problem. I got an appointment with your place, and after a few minutes wait I was able to talk with a very freindly tech. She was able to fix my problem within ten minutes. She shut down chrome on Google, and that fixed it. I don't usually use Chrome anyway. I have not had a problem since. Thanjs.

Don't do business with Best Buy Geek Squad if you can possibly avoid it. Twice in the last five months I've been burned. The first time I went to Best Buy in Apple Valley with an appointment to have the battery changed on my iPhone. I got there and they said they wouldn't change the battery if it wasn't under 80%. It was exactly 80% and I was going to Mexico for six weeks. I wanted to make sure it didn't fail when I was out of the country. No help. Too bad they didn't say that on their website.So today, Sunday, May 20, I make an appointment to have the battery changed on my wife's iPhone that is at 77%. I get to the store in Apple Valley Minnesota and they tell me it's a six to seven hour wait because they sent everything to the Eagan store. They told me I could drive up there and make an appointment there. Why would I drive all the way to the Apple Valley store only to be told that I should really be dealing with the Eagan store? When I questioned the Geek Squad manager and the building manager, they were nicely apologetic but of no help whatsoever. When I told him the information needed to make the information more clear on the appointment website, they both agreed. Apparently I am not the first person to show up only to be told that even with the appointment, they couldn't really help. Little wonder Best Buy is in a tailspin.Not ever going to deal with them again. I will go to Apple for repairs or buy things on Amazon. Best Buy has become an antiquated dinosaur of ineptness. Avoid it at all costs!!

No inventory.No staff.Overpriced under stocked.Tiny selection.It's a joke.Go online amazon or walmart.Half the price,double the options.Sad how poor the service is,lack of products and the pricing is ridiculous(They get upset and make price matching a big deal).Drones and some tvs.That's it.Garbage store.Order something in advance online,wait looong,and they still won't have it when you get there.Horrible service.Even geek squad price gouges.Hope they fold.Go to goodwill instead, they're actually better than here.This place used to have a HUGE IN STORE selection,even put speakers in cars.Now it's absolute trash.BB has gone off a cliff.Comparable to an apple store,or,what it is,a dying store and chain and it's apparent.Kinda looks like a kmart right before they all closed.

I ordered a dishwasher from them and they were supposed to remove my old one. They didn't even though I paid for the removal fee. When I talked to customer service, they were supposed to reimburse me the money back since I had to have somebody else haul it away and give me a $20 gift card. I only got the $20 gift card. I guess Best Buy thinks it's OK to keep $30 I paid for work they didn't do. I love my dishwasher but I can't stand Best Buy.

Last week I went with my grandma so she could get some help with a new iPad. Jake was so incredibly helpful. He answered all of her questions and really took the time to make sure she felt comfortable. She was so nervous about the whole thing and by the time we left she was all smiles! His kindness and patience made all the difference. Thank you Jake!

I appreciate all the workers in this store constantly putting themselves at risk. Everyone is always very warm and welcoming. The level of knowledge and care that each and every worker shows is unbelievable.

Right off the bat, the manager Buck comes up to me inches away from my face NOT following the 6ft away rule stating that there were 2 people in front of me and asks me what I'm in line for. I told him I have warranty for a screen protector. He says "well it might be a bit since the customers in front of you are buying new phones. So not sure if you want to come back another time." I continue to sit in line since I'm not going to expose myself in a store a second time later since I'm already there and my brother is buying an expensive graphics card there. Anyhow. Sat in line for 30 min to get my screen replaced in the middle of a pandemic. They told me they wouldnt replace my screen even though it was on file that I got it which is supposed to be warranty. Matt spoke with Buck the manager and they said they wouldnt do it. I have a credit card through best buy and have been a valued customer through them and cant believe they wouldnt accommodate this when it's on file that I bought it especially after sitting in line during a pandemic for a long time. I threw the screen protector away since it was all sticky and disgusting and they told me to dig it out of the trash which I'm not even sure if I have now. It cost me close to 50.00 for that protector and it's just really upsetting that I have to go back and put my mom at risk again (who lives with me) to try to dig out a disgusting protector screen since they wouldnt accommodate the replacement and go back to best buy to do this all over again. Been trying to avoid going out as much as possible since my mom is high risk for COVID. Really upsetting. Never coming back to this location again!

Make an appointment for a 10 min battery replacement but it takes them 1-2 hours. My first and last experience with them.

Worst experience at a Best Buy so far. Asked several employees for help with using one of the laptops and a bamboo ink pen, literally none could help me so I googled how to install it and use it (on that laptop) and the employee was like "okay yeah I'll just let you do that then" and walked away.
