Beth was very helpful picking out carpeting and LVP. They have a great selection to choose from. The guys that installed the LVP and carpeting were hardworking and professional. I’m very happy with my new flooring and my experience working with Galaxie Apple Valley.

The sales agent was great with respect to assisting with designs. However, they have a zero return so make sure you order exactly what you need. Also be careful with delivery commitments. Items they said would be available were actually not, causing some delivery delays. I'm being generous with a three start rating.

I had a backspash tile put in and it looks outstanding! The installer did an excellent job! Thanks to Tracy for helping me select a beauiful timeless tile! I highly recommend Galaxie.

As always, your whole staff from your in store help in choosing the correct floor, to the floor correct measurements and needed preparations, and finally the installers - each of these individuals did an excellent job and our large lower level installation of cork flooring was done on time, looks wonderful, and appreciated the input of the technicians and careful installing by the installing crew!

Have worked with Galaxie for two separate projects and they've been a pleasure to deal with. Great selection, excellent service (Tracy Braatz was awesome to work with and recommended some great carpet that matched our vision).Can't recommend Scott, one of their installers, enough. Punctual, professional and took great care in not damaging any baseboards/walls when removing old carpet and installing the new carpet.

Very pleased with the customer service and products for our basement remodel. Tracy B was great to work with and sort through choices that best fit the remodel (Evoke) and First Frost countertops. Sheldon was a great installer for the floors and making an 70 year old cement work for our situation. Thanks to all.

I purchased carpet from Galaxie Floor Store and had it installed on 4/24/20. I purchased a higher priced carpet because I was told it was a better quality carpet and would last longer. Not true in my case. Within a year the carpet was worn and matted down. At that time I called Galaxie and told them the carpet I had for over 30 years looked better than the carpet they installed less than a year ago. I questioned if there was any type of protector put on the carpet for stains because it looked so bad. I live alone so there was not much traffic on this carpet either. I was told to have the carpet cleaned then send them pictures of the carpet. The problem was this was during all the restrictions for covid so I had to clean it myself.I sent them pictures as they requested of my still matted down and worn carpet. They insisted that I have it professionally cleaned so when I could I did have if professionally cleaned but Galaxie failed to tell me my warrenty period had already ended until after I paid another $430 to have this carpet cleaned. My question was whydidn’t they tell me this before they insisted I had to have it professionally cleaned to be covered by the warrenty. The latest is now Galaxy is telling me that by me shampooing my carpet myself it caused my carpet problems and won’t reimburse any monies back to me. It’s very disappointing that since this carpet was looking bad within a year of installation and I notified them at that time they will do nothing for me. Also I am a second time customer of Galaxie but definitely won’t be a third time customer

really nice folks to deal with, ordered a complete set of new kitchen cabinets, Koch classic line. Cabinets are a great value in the mid-price range, well built, nice finish, well designed accessories and extras. Kristina our designer was very fun to work with and Vitaly the installer did a fantastic job installing in our old, un-level and un-square house. Communication was great throughout the whole process.

Customer service was outstanding! We purchased carpeting for 3 large rooms and a staircase AND a large bound rug for the living room. We had some logistical challenges with that large bound run, BUT the nice folks at Galaxie Floors worked with us until we were 100% satisfied. We will definitely go back to Galaxie Floors when it's time to update the floor coverings in the lower level of our house.

We are getting Some work done in our kitchen. So we went here for some tile and cabinet options . Let me just start by saying the parking situation here is probably the worse of any strip mall style shopping I have seen. Plus there are other industries there so lots of big pick up trucks that park over the lines...but that's my rant. We were helped by a young lady named Ali who unfortunately is leaving soon but did a great job showing us options and even offering professional opinion. She helped us get an estimate set up and we may even get some stuff we didn't go in there for no thanks to the Mrs. Good luck with the new gig Ali and thanks for all the help. Check the store out great selection. And service but find a good parking spot.
