I am absolutely amazed with the arrangement. I’ve tried a lot of florist and I end up disappointed by the size because their pricing is so high. Flowerama delivered such a beautiful high quality arrangement. My wife loved her flowers. Thank you and expect a repeat customer!

They put together a bouquet to my specifications within my budget that was both beautiful and full. I was just a walk-in off the street and had my bouquet in hand within 15ish minutes.

Amazing Customer Service! My husband gave me a beautiful bouquet for my birthday- the next day the roses were already wilting. I called and spoke to Naomi - she was so apologetic and asked if I would be able to bring it in so she could exchange it for a new arrangement. She knew my name when I walked in the store - apologized again - gave me a new bouquet AND a box of chocolates for my troubles. We have been customers of Flowerama for years and will continue to use them for all our floral needs! Thank you Naomi for going above and beyond!!

We ordered an arrangement for my Mother's funeral urn. Not only did it not look like the picture, but they were extremely over priced. Thank God I found Design & Bloom & was able to get SIX beautiful arrangements for the price of one of theirs. Then they only gave us one of the small porcelain angles that we paid for. You are taking advantage of people that are grieving. Shame on you!

Flowerama of Apple Valley, Mn. did an absolutely gorgeous standing spray of humongous pink and white roses for my 95 year old Aunt's funeral today. My whole family thought it was the most beautiful spray! They also did a gorgeous spray for my other Aunt, who passed away a year ago. I would highly recommend them! Call them directly to tell them what you want. The spray online showed all red roses, but we went with powder pink and white roses. Thankyou so much again for the fabulous job! Just perfect!!

Terrific experience working with Naomi at Flowerama. She helped me pick out a beautiful bouquet over the phone, expedited a pick up time, then kindly brought the arrangements out to my car since I'm on crutches. Highly recommend this florist.

I have to state a wonderful experience I had with Flowerama! The customer service was outstanding! I had called a month before I actually placed the order to ask some questions. The wonderful lady I spoke with answered all my question happily and readily. When I called a month later to place my order I received the same outstanding customer service! Again the wonderful lady guided me through the process and was able to fulfill each of my requests. My recipient texted me pictures of her bouquet (I live out of state) the day of and then a few days later. I love how balanced the bouquet is with one color not dominating another. They are really pretty roses and I was told they smell amazing! On top of all that I felt like the prices were reasonable!

I am from out of state, so I called in wanting to get flowers for my daughter’s birthday and they were extremely helpful and very accommodating to the last minute arrangements. I highly recommend them if you’re out of state or if you’re in state and the flowers were beautifully done!

Great service! My daughter’s wrist corsage fell apart at her prom, Kenna called me and they refunded me for the corsage and the boutonnière and they are sending me a flower arrangement! If you have an issue they will make it right!

What wonderful customer service! I called 5 florists looking for a special touch for our daughters congratulations arrangement!! This florist is the only one who offered to go the extra mile to make sure they had that special touch!!
Thank you Thank you!! The flowers were beautiful and our grandson loved the stuffed animal they chose for him! Wonderful service!! Sorry for the poor picture… had to crop the family out!
