After reserving a car with Enterprise through my insurance company for about two weeks, they had no car ready when I came in at my appointed time on my way to work. I had to wait about 20-25 minutes while they cleaned up a mini-van (not the car classification I reserved and the seat interior was still dirty) for me to leave the lot.Car ran well and the return went well.Upon return they asked if I would give them a 5 rating, which I declined to do and told them why. The Asst. Mgr asked what it would take to earn a 5 and I said that if she had any way to assist with a discount I was going to make on a February vacation, that would more than make up for it. She gave me the final billing and said the receipt as well as a discount link would be emailed to me. I received the receipt , but never saw the discount.I called the next day, was told the Asst Mgr. was taking a vacation day and the rep on the phone asked if they could assist. I repeated the story from the day before and she took all of my vacation specifics (dates, location, car preference) and said the link would be in my email box that day.I have never seen the discount nor heard from the Apple Valley, MN office again.

Had a great experience as usual with my local Enterprise in Apple Valley, renting a large SUV for a 3,500 mile road trip. Everything went smoothly, and the workers were very friendly too.

I had a great experience at Enterprise. My truck is in the body shop. My insurance company works with then for the rental. I started out with a Hyundai Sante Fe went back in a week later to trade up to this Tacoma. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place.

Jake and his team here are great. With a very short notice rental they were able to accommodate me and were very professional, helpful, and just overall awesome. Will always go to them in the future.

As always the Apple Valley location is always great to work with. Recently, i had to rent a car through insurance. They were professional, courteous and helpful every step of the way. I have and will continue to use this office for all my future rentals. Thanks to the manager, and the entire staff fir all your hard work to make my rental amazing.
