Discount Tire Apple Valley is fantastic. My daughter recently bought a car from a local dealership. A week into owning the car, one tire was consistently losing pressure. She reached out to the dealership and their response was basically, "once it's off our lot, it's your problem." Nice, right? We needed to get the tire fixed and had heard Discount Tire was great. Within an hour, they found a small nail, patched the tire and DID NOT charge her a cent. Thank you so much Discount Tire Apple Valley for helping out a hard-working college kid.

I have been a DT shopper for over a decade and have always been very happy with the service at their stores. I especially appreciate the free air pressure tests I take advantage of on a monthly basis to keep my tires healthy. The other day, Joseph was my attendant at the Apple Valley location, and he went above and beyond in helping me with this task, which is physically very hard for me to do on my own. He provided me with a complete report on the overall health of my tires and then proceeded to check the tire pressure and adjust them as necessary. Finally he showed me how to see all this information on my DT account, which is also extremely helpful for booking appointments and shopping for tires before heading to the store. Joseph was a very knowledgeable and friendly technician and a great person to help with all your tire needs!

Paige and Joe greeted me right when I walked in. They were friendly, professional, and most of all- prompt. I was in and out in about 15 minutes (with an appointment scheduled) as advertised. I've had some less than stellar experiences with this location in the past, but it seems like the location might've turned things around. 5 stars today!

I came in with a spot bulging out on my tire. Joesph Lyons’s was great, helping us find a better set of tire that I am very happy with. Thank you Joesph for being considerate with our time and being so helpful. If you need new tires, discount tire in apple valley had a great crew all around and are very helpful! I’m so impressed with their customer service. Brought my vehicle in because of low tire pressure. Short time later got a call it was done; it was a nail and they patched it at no charge! Blown away by that. Will be back!

Had a flat tire, Took the tire off and took it in for repair. Ended up being a hairline crack in the rim. They helped direct me to where I could get a replacement. Went, picked up a rim and got back to the store at 5pm. I told them if they could not get it done before they closed I could pick it up on Saturday as they were very busy. The Manager Dustin said no problem I will get this done right now. 10 Minutes later I was out the door and they even disposed of the tire off the rim I had brought in. Great crew and great service as always.

Customer service was excellent. You don’t see professionalism like this very often anymore sadly and it was a breath of fresh air. Had a huge screw in my tire and they had me in and out in 45 min so I wasn’t late for daycare pickup.
