Absolutely do not go here for the pharmacy. And if you do, I pray that you do not get a pharmacist by the name of Brian (he refused to give his last name). He is profoundly rude and patronizing to not only me, but the customer that was behind me as well. He will treat you like you are a child no matter you age (gentleman behind me was well into his 70's). He will not help you find a a solution, he will not tell you what you need to do. You will end up leaving the store with nothing but your frustration for being treated like dirt. I'd give negative stars on this if I could. I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY if Brian is there.

The staff go above and beyond every single time I've been there. There is a culture of excellent customer service. They greet every customer, always ask if they can help you find anything, and are super helpful if you do. Well done!

Unbelievable. I dropped off a prescription and asked if I could wait because it was for pain. The pharmacy tech said yes, it would be 20 minutes and I would get a text when it was ready. After an hour I called and was told the order was ready. I mentioned to the tech that I never received the text. She said “I don’t know what to tell you”. No apology for the added wait time. No mea culpa. If you work with the public in a pharmacy have some compassion and customer service. It’s not hard to do.CVS has lost a customer.

Wish they fixed their pharmacy gate, it’s been broken for about 1 month. The drive up is really long and slow because of this. Unacceptable for a large pharmacy like CVS!

kinda slow in getting help and waiting in lines at pharmacy and regular check out counter inside...the atm wasn't working at the time, only allowed balance summary, which it charged me for that i didn't need... it wouldn't allow me to continue without checking the balance then the ability to withdraw cash was grayed out...

No idea what is happening but the last 2 interactions with My CVS have not gone well. They don't carry enough medication even though we fill every month. AND they don't help you understand how to go about getting your meds filled elsewhere. Tried to talk to someone - took hours of waiting on hold and also waited in drive through line for over 5 minutes without a wave of acknowledgment. Usually love working with the staff there. Something has changed - thinking COVID is taking a toll everywhere.

They haven't been able to get my current address correct for 6 years. I have been trying to call the pharmacy since yesterday afternoon. I received a message that a prescription is not covered by insurance, but I am put on hold indefinitely and have never been able to actually speak with anyone. Terrible service. No one is ever friendly or helpful.
