This is the slowest pharmacy on Earth. It is absolutely abysmal. It takes them about a half hour per customer for some reason. I’d start over. It’s TERRIBLE

Terrible customer service and they got thieves working for them. My wife was just in there paid with a 50 they gave her two dollars back on a $17 purchase and the clerk was throwing her arms up in the air claiming that she didn’t give her a 50. The manager came over and straightened it out, but the lady was completely Erratic and dismissive and would not help and double check her error. She must really hate her job in her life but she shouldn’t be taking on people for no reason. Find a better job and be better and be happy.

Man, this place is absolutely horrible. I've had a prescription that I've been waiting for, for 3 days. I have the app and it's said the same thing for 3 days, "check back with us in 2 business days" God forbid you want to call and talk to someone. As I type this I am on hold for 17 minutes and 32 seconds waiting for someone to help me. This is the 3rd time I've tried to call them today. I was on hold for 20 minutes and someone just hung up on me. Seriously, whoever is in charge here, needs to reevaluate what they are doing there. I understand being busy but if you can't answer the phone to help your CUSTOMERS, you're doing something wrong

Dr sent over prescription on Wednesday noon.Nobody called me to tell me if it was ready or what. Phone automated told me processing no stock.I called on hold for 38 min before I hung up.Thurs tried calling again on hold a long time before hanging up.Friday I went there (cvs galaxie)She said no stock and didn’t know when they would get it.She said hyvee and Walgreens had it.Had it transferred to hyvee.I think someone should have called me on Wednesday.Very poor communication.

I'm not sure why all pharmacies in the Apple Valley area seem to suck right now, but this one is no exception. Sent a time sensitive med here on Friday and it is now Tuesday and I can't get anyone on the phone to help me. Sorry, but being on hold for 20-30 minutes is bonkers. My medication just says "on hold" on the website with no other information. Thanks guys!! Boooo. Won't try this pharmacy again.

Pharmacy people are rude, quote you a time of 15 to 25min, got back in car line then refused service after waiting for the car in front of me. Went in and they never filled my prescription.

The pharmacist and the staff person are both extremely rude and not understanding. They said I should’ve came earlier for an antibiotic that was prescribed at urgent care a few hours ago. I wish I knew that there was an infection earlier so sorry I’m not a doctor. They are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Do not use this pharmacy!!!

Don't go to this pharmacist if you value your time and don't want to be yelled at. They never have the medication and for some reason they ate always ordering it from their warehouse and it never comes. They did this to me like 4 times. I suspect they never ordered it and they never call me to tell me it's not available. I have to keep calling them.

The two stars are for the nice staff. It’s literally two people only helping a ton of customers. This results in a 30-1hr wait time for meds that been preordered. Frustrating.
