Overpriced. Under staffed. Unsatisfied
Noticed the same pack of eggs went from 5 bucks to 8.50 over the last month. Insane...
Update about the eggs they are now 10.50 wthhhhheeeeeell...
I went to a neighboring cities cub foods and honestly seemed go save 100 bucks on the same things.
Other cub had way more sales.
Idk I think they are shooting themselves in the food.
I'm gonna go get me some chickens and a little hobby farm.
Thanks cub for the motivation! :)

My WIC card does not work at AV Cub. The cashiers insist the problem is with my card but my card works fine at Walmart and Target. Also, they got rid of their Artisan breads.

I love the online shopping when I'm in a pinch. Mike is my all time favorite. He is always smiling remembers who I am and just such a friendly person. We need more people in the world like him!

Break room has fruit flies, stains, and crumbs everywhere.The employee bathroom stall door's lock is broken off, which is disconcerting to say the least.

2:05pm 1/28/24Blonde women working at customer service does not know how to work the desk… I’ve worked at Cub and recently left, as a CSM. I asked her a couple questions/asks and she “couldn’t do them” such as fixing a discount issue and refunding me money. She had to call manager who told her what to do and what I knew could be done after telling her nicely that I believe this can be fixed easily (face slap). Super annoying and in the end gave me a phone number to call which I know I do not need to do for the last issue I have. Super annoying. Please keep training the employees especially if they’re working in Customer Service they should know codes and procedures; I was trained often or asked questions when needed. Otherwise, I love this cub and what it offers, just experienced a lot of people not knowing how to do their job.

*edit. I just noticed someone else's review of this cub foods deli ehere they gave a poor review because they were treated rude also. the deli worker said "no I'm out of here at 8." Apparently the evening girls working at this deli think their customer service job and giving people deli foods ends at 7 pm. *I needed around 1.5 lbs of sandwich thickness honey turkey deli meat sliced. The deli attendant told me that the grab and go case has all the meats. Upon looking there was ONE package of honey turkey that was nowhere near the amt.or slice thickness needed.I let the deli attendant know and she said "we cleaned the meat slicer for the day. Sorry." I noted the other girl working with the girl I was speaking to had a dirty look on her face when I asked it to be sliced.I went up front spoke to the MOD who also said they've implemented the grab and go case. I let her know ok but there's no honey turkey (1 small shaved pack WELL under a lb.). I let her know this is poor business practice and perhaps they shouldn't be cleaning the meat slicer so early.At this point another deli attendant (middle age women) came up to me and the MOD said they'd do it for me and she told the 2 girls at the deli they technically can't turn a customer away. I thanked her and let her know I'll go to the Rosemount store as i could see the shorter girl with the dirty look on her face still upset looking. I asked she talk to the other attendants. About this. I was trying to get a special order of about 1.5 lbs of honey turkey which all they had was one small shaved turkey bag in the grab and go. I again thanked the Middle Ages deli worker who came and spoke to me and the MOD and told her I'll go to the Rosemount store where I normally go and they will do it no problem and they did.I got 1.38 lbs of sandwich thick honey turkey and my other groceries at the Rosemount Cub. Stacy the deli worker sliced my order with a smile and tanked me for coming. InWho's managing the deli at cub foods apple valley? They need to let their staff know people may want deli meats after 7pm especially if they're not available in the grab and go case in the amt. and thickness a customer needs. The Rosemount store can teach the apple valley store a thing or two about customer service.

I was in 12/12/23 @6:15pm went to the deli to get their chicken meal, there were 2 other people in front of me, I hear the lady at the counter tell the first guy that chicken zing & ding wings had been out since lunch. The next guy asked if there was more fried chicken, there was only 2 pieces left, she said no, I'm outta here at 8. The sides were dry and chunky. I will not be back for the deli.

i dont like this cubfood pharmacy manager bold guy at all, he is always so rude to me all the time, he is nice to other people but not me, im with this location n the pharmacy manager always change each few yrs, all the others kim n nat knows me really well, but this guy manager is always acts like he is really busy but rude to me all the time, i dont like him at all, please get new nice pharmacy manager at apple valley location, thxi am always nice n smile to this guy, i dont like his attitude n bad manner, in return his face like im the one who done something bad to him, i dont know why he always act like this to me all the time,
