Cub is a popular grocery store that offers a personalized shopping experience both in-store and online. Customers can choose to shop in person, use curbside pickup, or have their groceries delivered to their home. The store features a deli and bakery that make favorites from scratch daily, with the bakery known for its fresh, chunky cinnamon bread. The meat and seafood counters provide a variety of specialty cuts and sustainably sourced seafood, while the produce section is highly praised as the best around. Cub also has an in-store pharmacy that handles prescriptions and vaccines, with many customers sharing positive experiences due to friendly staff and minimal wait times. The store’s rewards program, My Cub Rewards, helps shoppers save more through digital coupons and fuel rewards, making it convenient to shop for a whole list in one trip. Customers appreciate the quality of products, especially the steaks like the USDA Choice New York strip, which many say taste like USDA Prime. The bakery, especially the bread, receives high praise for its freshness. Staff members, such as Mike, are noted for their friendliness, helpfulness, and personal touch, enhancing the shopping experience. However, some reviews mention occasional issues with pharmacy staff, specifically citing rudeness from a particular pharmacy manager at the Apple Valley location. Overall, Cub is valued for its variety, quality, and friendly neighborhood atmosphere.
The gentleman who helped my husband and me today was very kind and helpful. He even checked up on us to make sure we found what we were looking for. I haven't experienced such good customer service in many years.
This store also has a great range of selection and incredibly fresh produce.

I switched to Cub Pharmacy about a year ago and they have been absolutely amazing. Rarely is there a line and they are always friendly no matter who is helping you. They bring a personal touch and a friendly neighborhood feel in a time where that's often forgotten.
