Despite a technical hang up due to a rain storm in the area, she got me what I needed to process an insurance check — saving me much hassle and an out-of-the-way journey to another branch. “Michael Phillips has been outstanding with his service from personally assisting and closing a HELOC for us, to quickly responding to questions via email or phone, to assisting with transfers that had been a little challenging. Whenever I go into the Eagan office to see Michael it's as if I'm walking into Cheers where everybody knows your name. If you want top drawer service, ask for Michael.The new website upgrade related to their digital banking is a nice improvement with easy to read and find summary details on all of our accounts and with just a click the ability to drill down into the details. I've been with Wings for close to 10 years I think and they are sooooo much better than Wells Fargo where every time I went in, and it was often because they were my business banking institution, there was a complete bevy of new faces behind the counter because the turnover was so high.”

My experience experience has been nothing but stellar. I use the mobile app, in person, drive up and phone calls. Always have had a great experience with anyone I have interacted with and I keep an eye on my accounts for anything weird which you need to these days with identity theft! “Wonderful location. I had previously gotten a loan through this credit union when it was previously called RBCU for my first ever car loan back in 2019. I recently paid off my loan back in April, but didn't realize I had lost my lien release card when I went to trade in my vehicle right before Thanksgiving! Luckily, Mindy was so accommodating and got new paperwork for me within a day to be able to trade in my vehicle in a timely manner. Thank you so much Mindy!!!”
