Person greeting guests - kept staring at me behind the wall for like a minute straight
He thought I did mot notice him.
This branch chase is just weird
Every time I come to conduct transaction with the teller I get push back as if they don’t like me conducting transactions at the branch
They keep telling me why I can’t just use the app instead.
Why even be a chase customer?

I just started to bank with this location for my business. First, it started off with excellent customer service. One day, I went in to deposit some money like I always do. The one Indian manager complained about me bringing me too many coins for them to count. I asked her what’s too many? She said anything that’s $10 in coins or more. Anyhow. As I’m depositing my money and giving Kim, the teller instructions on the deposit. She wasn’t understanding my request which is SIMPLE and DIRECT. After her finally getting it. She’s going back and forth with me. “That’s all you had to say!” Mind you, I stood there for at least 6 Mins trying to explain to her simple math. The manager, which is the same Indian woman was very unprofessional handling the situation. After making my deposit. I went into one of the offer and filed a complaint. The person who I spoke with, understood my request the minute I explained to her the situation. She did not support the behavior of the teller and the manager. I left there pissed and irate. They have no coin machine to count coins. Demanding that I place coins in rollers to make their job easier because they are short staff. That’s not my problem. Get you a coin machine to make YOUR job easier and to satisfy customers. When customer gave me change. I took any type of money to are giving me. It’s not like I’m giving them $20 in pennies.. they are a mixed of coins. Mostly quarters and dimes. I usually get good service, but my last visit there was not a happy ending.
For that! I’m still going to make sure I keep bringing them coins.

I love this location, it’s so clean and I always get helped right away when I walk in. So glad this is my closest Chase :)

One day, Google may allow zero stars instead of having to choose one. And when that day comes, I will come all the way back here just to give them 0/5 stars. Somehow a payroll check, issued by Chase, being cashed at Chase, wasn't allowed. This was after they endorsed the back and then told me that he could only deposit it, but I didn't have an account with Chase. So, okay, let's open an account? Nope. Not an option. The guy literally told me he recommended I take their bank issued check to Walmart to cash it. Lolol. Complete joke. Ironically, I probably would have gotten better service, my check cashed, and no issues because he endorsed it and then said he couldn't. So now we'll see if my electronic deposit into my CU works with an already endorsed check... Good fun!

10 day hold on the entirety of a deposit is ridiculous, on top of outsourcing customer service overseas. Incredibly easy decision to close my account with them after this. Highly recommend banking with someone local or a military affiliated bank like USAA or Navy Federal. 0/5 stars for chase.

Just stopped in for help doing a wire transfer. I wish I caught her name, but the lady who helped us was SOooo nice and informative.I've been here just a handful of times, and it's always been pleasant. Just a note, there are typically not many people working at this location at one time, so I'd recommend calling ahead when possible

Went in to deposit $50,000 and set up an account. They said I’d need an appointment. I needed the account asap so I asked if there’s another chase bank around . They told me there’s one in savage and kept laughing in my face. I thought it was weird but I said ok thank you and left. When I got to the savage location I seen that it was just an ATM/drive through bank (no one maned it) . Then it all made sense . They did it just to be a******* because they even said “it’s a small chase in savage I go to sometimes , maybe it’s someone there who can help.” This happened on 09/19/2023 . It was a guy who was of Asian decent and a Caucasian guy .

I don't know how people are hired if they can't even upload a document on the system.My wife went to submit a form for her ssn verification and they could not even upload it properly on the system resulting in getting her account closed. I don't know what to say. Just stay away if you don't want to waste your time.
