I recently had to shop for a new gym home. My old gym in Apple Valley with god awful ownership randomly closed the doors after only being open a year. I knew I had to find a gym fast to keep up my weekly routine. I researched gyms near me and read reviews. I thought with C4 it would be my best bet considering they've been around a long time and have a strong following. I've only been here 2 weeks but LOVE it. All the instructors I have had are awesome and motivational(I've worked out with all of them). Mollie the owner couldn't have been anymore nice and welcoming. Checking in with me making sure it's working out and asking for my feed back. It's not at all big box and even the gym members are very friendly and welcoming. This is exactly the supportive community I've been searching for!

Did the free week trial, fell in love on day 4. Very welcoming people - the workouts work for beginners all the way to gym rats. They definitely work with you here and make it a lot of fun. I think I found my new workout fam for the winter !

I am loving this gym so far! The coaches are great, the workouts are awesome. They can scale the workouts up or down depending on your fitness level and it has just been a great experience so far!

C4 Fitness has been my place for working out for over two years. Mollie and her team have gone above and beyond to make sure I am doing my best. I love that they challenge me. In this time of Covid, Mollie is meticulous about cleaning and social distancing. I LOVE this place!!! You should too.

I had the BEST gym experience ever with C4 Fitness. Since I was home for 2 months, I needed a gym with short term and flexible pricing. C4 has month to month unlimited packages and 5 or 10 class packages. The price is SO reasonable, and you can try the gym for free for a week. The community is welcoming from the very first day, and Mollie is available to answer all of your questions. I ended up going to the gym 3-4 times a week and tried classes ranging from boot camp to yoga. Prior to C4, I had stopped lifting and was out of shape, but the C4 instructors are ready to help all skill ranges and ages. I consistently had my form corrected and was encouraged to push myself throughout each class. I would stay with C4 forever if I wasn’t moving! If you want a variety of fun workouts mixing cardio and strength training, a supportive community, and excellent trainers, you need to try C4. Special thanks to Mollie and Matt for all of the great classes!

By far THE BEST group fitness gym I have been to! Mollie has created a welcoming atmosphere and she is there to see you succeed! Love the variety of classes and times offered. All of the trainers are friendly and push you to give each class your all! I would highly recommend C4 Fitness!
