This is a difficult Review to write. I corresponded with Butler Agency in respect to a deceased family member’s policy. My initial opinion is that Butler Agency was slow to respond to questions that I had and should have been more helpful in renewing a homeowners policy. I was under very tight time constraints and needed assistance promptly. Fortunately I was put in contact with Cheryl whom was excellent. Cheryl answered all questions promptly and assisted in getting a Claim filed. She was the best.
