Growing up we HAD to buy any tech from stores. Now, it's really weird to see it more of a showroom than a store. Fewer employees and the stock wasn't consistent. They had what I needed, not what I wanted but hey... You try to compete with the internet.

The store is closing as of March 2nd, so that is probably why the shelves are empty. They aren’t going to stock more at this point. Goodbye retail stores.

I have a custom sized spaced in my cabinet above the oven made for a built in microwave . I found a built in microwave I wanted to order with them, best buy assured me to send someone out to pre measure the space to get a confirmation of the size I need to make this a "once and done" project. Installation and delivery was included,NO CALL NO MESSAGE NO EMAIL NO COMMUNICATION. No one showed up waited for hours in the window I was given, I finally called to find out someone at this store cancelled my entire order.Also don't bother calling them because you'll just get someone from technical support.After given confidence and was assured this will all work turns out it was all a joke.

What's going on with best buy looks llle there getting shut down they only have 2 people on the floor at all times and they Wana give attitude when they help you out I really hope they go out of business Amazon will replace them I know

One of the better Best Buy stores I have shopped. It is a clean, well organized and well stocked store with a friendly and helpful staff.

If I could give a zero I would do to sales person or whatever they call them now! Knew exactly what wanted but he had other ideas! I left with nothing after being told I didn't know my own vehicle and he didn't wanna sell me what I wanted! After 30 minutes arguing with him about what size my speakers were. I change focus to stereo displayed with price, info same as all others and tells me this product isn't available, never will but he'd be happy to sell me another model for $100 more with same features! Isn't that a bait and switch? Not sure if this is bestbuy practice, just 1 store or just one salesperson but they lost my life long business!!!

Clean store but not the biggest. If they don't have it in stock they always order it for you. Now, Best Buy has two pay memberships? Does it worth it?
