Do not have them replace the screen on your phone. I brought my daughters phone in because she cracked the screen. They replaced it with a new one. Next day the corners of the phone screen started to come disconnected from the phone and it stopped working. I brought the phone back and they replaced the screen (for free). They claim that it was a faulty screen. Two days later same thing happened again. They then refused to replace the screen again saying “you must have done something to make the screen do this again”. Brought the phone to the T-mobile store and they told me that “Whoever replace the phone screen did it incorrectly, which is causing all the issues”
Waste of time and money

Needed a computer battery for my laptop. The service and product I received was in the highest order one could wish for going into a store with a problem. The staff was very professional and friendly. They ordered the part and got it back quickly. Thank you so much. I could not have gotten better service anywhere else.

Over a week ago I went in asking if I could get a car key programed. I realize they are smart keys and require special equipment so I knew it might not be possible. After searching for a while on the computer I was told my kind of key could be ordered and programed and the key was going to arrive a week later. That sounded like a plan to me! I got a phone call yesterday my new key was in and to plan an hour to get it programed. Scheduled an appointment for today and arrived right on time. Right away got a totally different vibe from this employee. He said most car keys don't work to get programed so he doubted this would work. Went out to my car and, plugged in a device four different times and goes "i dont think this is going to work". Sorry. What?! Why did it go from a week ago being told this would work no problem and ordering a key, to now being told he won't do it for no reason. Why would it even be in the Battery's Plus system to order if it can't be used. It was a waste of a week and now I need to keep looking for a replacement. Just sucks.

I came to the store to purchase a lawn mower battery that was $20 off online. I was told that the purchase needed to be done online for that price. When I brought it up on my phone the battery showed only $10 off. I explained the difference in what I previously saw and the manager didn't seem to care. I purchased the battery anyway. I went home and pulled up that battery on their website again, and once again it showed it at $20 off. I printed out the info from the website and took it back to the store. The manager once again told me that the battery was only $10 off and didn't seem to care that I showed him proof of the $20 off. He did nothing to make it right either. I normally wouldn't care about this, as it's only $10. It is the business practice that rubs me wrong about this place. Not sure what is going on with the difference in the website and the store, but I won't be going there again. The manager certainly didn't care about customer service. Sad...

Stopped at store #017 on the evening of 1/11/24, we had an auto battery that was holding its charge. A young man working at the store was super helpful, and knowledgeable. He tested and replaced the battery even though the store was closing soon. He is a good guy and BatteriesPlus need to keep him (take care of him)

Our vehicle’s battery died at home, however we were able to jump start it. Went online to see where we could get a new battery installed and found this place. I was able to order the new battery online and set up an appointment time for it to be installed. They had several times slots available which made it easy to choose one that worked for our schedule. When we got to the store there was no waiting, they came out right away with the new battery and installed it very quickly. For the unfortunate situation, it was a great experience overall.
