The worst bank, with the majority of its employees are DEI hire. This bank believes that the majority of its clients speak Spanish rather than English. Their customer service is horrible.

All of our correspondence with BOA only comes to our house with my husband's name on them. I am technically breaking federal law when (if...) I open our mortgage statement. We are both on the note. All checking and savings info only comes with his name on it. WE ARE BOTH ON THESE ACCOUNTS!!! In the year 2024 this is simply not ok. Maybe I can get his permission to get myself a nice pretty little credit card like my mom had to in 1973. We actually left a different bank because of this very reason and we were assured it would be different at BOA. All other places have seemed to figure out how to have two names on an envelope.

I would recommend never taking your business here. I’ve been simply attempting to pay off a car loan and get a lien release to sell the car in a timely manner. Nobody working can give me a straight answer. You can’t reach them by phone. You have to make an appointment to talk with anyone who knows something. Bank of America corporate line is just as bad and unreachable

Today, I needed a Bank of America ATM to withdraw some cash. If you have a Tangerine account in Canada, you can withdraw cash at any Bank of America ATM without paying any transaction fees. It's great, as it saves you at least $3 for each transaction if you went elsewhere to do a cash withdrawal. I was in Eagan and decided to check out Apple Valley. I found this branch with a drive-thru and headed over.I found that the signage wasn't the best. The font was small. The signs were maybe two feet high from the ground. I actually did a tour around the branch to figure out where I needed to enter to get to the drive-thru.The drive-thru has two lanes. If you need the ATM, use the left lane.Once I got to the ATM, all was well. I inserted my Tangerine bank card, entered my credentials, selected $10 and $20 denominations, and my cash was dispensed.I like that you can specify your denominations at any Bank of America ATM. If you can't decide, you can let the ATM do a mix for you. It's cool.This branch was fairly quiet on Boxing Day, which was a regular day for Americans. There was a vehicle behind me when I was done with my transaction.I tend to hit the branch at Central Parkway in Eagan. It was nice to find a new location, once I figured out how to get to the drive-thru.(499)

Worst run bank I've ever been too. Have my car financed here and hate it. It takes 30 minutes or more to make a simple car payment. Always slow. One person in front of me today and here I sit waiting. Awful!!!

Very bad customer service. I went two times to withdraw money. First time I had to wait 1 hour in line and she said no manager to overwrite permission to withdraw money. I went different day middle of my work at 2.00, this time manager was present but no banker. I am going to close out my accounts. Worst banking option in Minnesota.
