The worst bank, with the majority of its employees are DEI hire. This bank believes that the majority of its clients speak Spanish rather than English. Their customer service is horrible.

Worst bank ever. I deposited a check into my account and BOA placed hold for 11 days. I have no choice but to close my account.

Worst run bank I've ever been too. Have my car financed here and hate it. It takes 30 minutes or more to make a simple car payment. Always slow. One person in front of me today and here I sit waiting. Awful!!!
