Had an engine light come on my dashboard today out of nowhere. Miles was very helpful in reading the code, and advising me how serious the problem that tripped the light was. Excellent and friendly service.

I showed up to the apple valley autozone an hour early on fathers day(a sunday) and Matt O'Brian opened the doors early and help me with all the parts need I needed to get my truck fixed. He was very kind and knowledgeable on the parts I needed.

I will not recommend you to buy battery here, I ordered a battery online at this special store, I paid $20 for core fee, after 12 months I came with the old battery to get my $10 core fee they totally refuse and force store gift card to me, which I denied and left the battery and recite with them. T.M.H. Will deal with you. I'm disappointed with autozone and I hope I don't never have to shop at Autozone.

I WOULD RATE THIS A ZERO!! They sold me the wrong rotor and brake kit! I told him my car information and he still sold it to me! When I tried to get a discount or a return they said they can do 10%! So there shipping company messed it up and they couldn’t do anything about it and I had to spend another $400 for there mess up! I will never come back here ever ever again! They were just looking at me so confused and scared for there mistake! This is ridiculous don’t work at an auto place if you are going to give me the wrong parts! ??? this is the kit that was for my car and they gave me the wrong ones! I guess this is what I get for trying to get a good deal.

I called them after waking up to a dead battery. My requirements were extremely clear. I needed a battery for my specific car which I told them what it was, I needed to know that they had a battery in stock and that they would be able to install it when I got there. The guy I was talking to gave me a runaround about how they can’t install batteries in cars where the battery isn’t completely exposed. It can’t be under anything. Considering I told him what my car was, I figured they would be able to answer that question for themselves. I said that I know that my battery is right there under the hood, but there appeared to be like a tubing of some sort over the top of the battery. He once again inform me that they would not be able to handle removing a battery that was underneath anything. He then said that I could purchase the battery, come and get it and install it in the parking lot by myself. I told him that I had never installed a battery before, and I had three children with me so that was not an option. So if he could not guarantee that he could put my battery in, inside the shop, then I cannot go there to get it. Needless to say I did not go there and I went to Pep Boys instead. They gave me no runaround. I called them, told them what I needed, and they were like, “of course we can put it in your car.” I was in and out in one hour, approximately one and a half hours after I made the phone call to them.

The customer service at this AutoZone location is phenomenal. I was in a pickle with my car having a dead battery after getting dinner at Texas Roadhouse, not to mention my phone also dying at the time being at 2%. I called my insurance and they could send out a person in about an hour or two give or take rush hour traffic, similar case for my friends. I then called Autozone in hopes of a quicker solution and Bill happened to answer my call. He politely listen to my situation and offered to personally come get my battery started all the way from Autozone(about 3 miles away). Bill showed up 10 minutes later and just after my phone had died and helped me on my way. He also helped me out at the store finding some tools and checking out new batteries. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and can't thank Bill enough for his rockstar service!
