An employee at this store (young guy named Garrett I believe) appeared helpful and friendly but wound up causing my family a terrible mess when we upgraded our phones this past December. He convinced us we were getting a good deal but then we wound up with many extra charges we didn’t know were coming. It has still not been resolved after many tries to deal with them. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! It’s definitely not worth the mess to deal with going here. I see we’re not the only ones who had issues recently.

I signed up at Costco, for the phone trade-in for the iPhone 15. After spending over three frustrating and confusing hours mostly about getting the iPhone 15 ready, they said I could get it set up at an AT&T store which solved my problems very well. My biggest issue at the AT&T store was the high price for accessories I purchased there.

The store representatives were super helpful, helped me with my questions and concerns.I ended up leaving the store with some awesome deals and I couldn’t be happier with my service!

While the employees were helpful and friendly, we found out later that one of them(Garret was his name I believe) had lied to me and my mom regarding the costs of upgrading phones as well as unnecessarily adding extra lines to the phones which had to be deleted.We had to go to another AT&T store to fix the issues, which they were able to help do so. So overall I would not recommend and I suggest finding either another store or a different company.

Went to upgrade phone and returned to trade my old phone. Service was great very patient answered my questions. Overall very kind and respectful. I prefer doing everything online but their service has made it convenient to go in person.

Its been over a year dealing with At&ts b.s. and over charging me for 3 phones. I went in to the Apple Valley store after a nightmare with a brief different cell co. I was quoted a decent price for 3 new phones- trading in 2 used samsungs for credit. However, not only was our final bill almost $100 over what i was quoted from Apple Valley..the store tech who signed us up put the trade in allowance credit on 2 temporary numbers we had to get over the weekend while waiting for the old company to port our #s over. Didnt catch it til months later plus the fact 1 trade in phone was lost in the mail (At&t has no way of tracking it...wha??? The labelcame from them.) I'm fed up with calling and talking to 1 rep after another with whatever excuse they give me yet no one can get the trade in allowance corrected and off the cancelled temp #s and over to our active #s? I've gone in to another store locally and he at least issued a fix it ticket (its been almost 2 mo with nothing corrected...) Why can't this company do things correctly????!!!!

Cant say enough about how well this store has taken care of me...Matt Klitzke helped me switch my service over and was extremely helpful...I will be giving them my buisness from here out!!!

Matt the new manager of the store was really amazing. He went above and beyond to help solve my problems with the most efficient and cost saving way. He was also very personable and easy to talk with.

My husband and I went in to upgrade phones and combine phone plans and honestly, if he hadn't already been on AT&T I would have left. The worker who helped us did not walk through any detail of what the process was to transfer my line from verizon. She did not walk through any of the new plan details, she simply sat and played on her phone while our information transferred to our new phones. Had I not asked questions I wouldn't have known anything. A few days later we found out that she added protection plans to each of our lines, without asking, for an additional $17 a month per line. We went into the store off of Cedar after seeing these charges and had the absolute best service. We were walked through plan details thoroughly and actually felt like valued customers. I would avoid this location at all cost.

I sent in my sister in law to get a new phone yesterday- and she specifically asked Cassidy not to switch our grand fathered plan. Cassidy then switched our grandfathered plan without her consent and now we are unable to get it back. Very disappointing prime communications. I then called the store and the manager, Jeremy took zero accountability and genuinely seemed to be clueless.. he said that we had to return our phone in order to get the old plan back.. Cassidy also laughed in my sister in laws face when she went back in to confront them changing our plan. Makes zero sense. I then spent an hour on the phone with customer care and they cannot get our plan back either. .! I will be letting everyone in my circle to avoid any prime communications stores as they have no idea what they’re doing on accounts. This really messed up our billing as we have 10 lines on our plan and now our features are less and we’re paying more. I have one more idea as to how and get our old plan back, but If it doesn’t work we will likely return the phone and switch carriers as most of our lines are done paying their installments. Super super disappointing that there is no accountability for un knowledgeable reps / managers to wreak havoc on accounts. Completely don’t recommend this store .. go to a corporate store — it’s worth the drive to make sure your account doesn’t get messed up.

Cassidy was absolutely wonderful! She was able to help my husband get his phone working again while we were traveling through on vacation. She was so friendly and showed excellent customer service!
