“Home Depot Apple Valley failed not once, but twice at delivering and installing our washer and dryer we purchased weeks ago! The 1st time they took our old appliances away and then said the new ones wouldn't fit without even measuring. They called later to say that they actually would fit and were going to return in 4 days. We canceled our annual Christmas lights trip to be home today for the delivery and it was canceled without any notice. YOU CANCELED THE DELIVERY WITH NO NOTICE! Now we're told we have to wait 8 more days. You took our old washer and now we have nothing! And you're telling us 8 more days! How unprofessional are you guys. You're a huge company and you can't figure this out. How ridiculous. UPDATE- we have to wait nine more days to attempt delivery again! NINE MORE DAYS!”

“I’d give 6 stars if I could. Big thanks to Jason and everyone over there in the service department. I have an old Casablanca fan that the local “authorized service center” absolutely destroyed the last time I had it serviced. They cut and spliced wires, cross threaded screws and used an incompatible control unit. After almost giving up on it I sent it in and had them rebuild it with new bearings, flywheel and conversion kit for an updated remote. It’s never worked better and was about 1/3 the price of the last guy who wrecked it.”
