If i could leave a poorer rating of zero stars i would. This company had no concern for the customer only to take advantage of a situation in dealing with a senior citizen. Below are pics of the damages they failed to repair without contacting me, and in turn advising me that my vehicle had been repaired

Great customer service!! Everyone was polite, friendly, and professional. Quick with my estimate, got done earlier than expected, my car was super clean after, and absolutely LOVE the text updates. I knew exactly where they were in the process all the time!! No company does updates like they do. Super helpful. Thank you!!

Poor communication. The only communication I had was from the insurance company. I had to call the shop to get updates.
Vehicle dusty and smells like an old garage now.

2nd time using Apple Valley Collision for body repair. They fixed a lot of small dents caused by a hail storm. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process and they finished the work on time.

I was replacing my passenger side mirror because I clipped it backing out of my garage. The whole thing needed to be painted as well to match the truck. It looks very nice and was done very quickly.

Takes them almost THREE WEEKS to ONLY replace a front bumper?? Then they provide no communication when there is a DELAY to the repairs. This miscommunication is not acceptable in this industry. People have to figure out work arounds when their car is in the shop. Not providing adequate information when the vehicle would be done with repairs is NOT okay. Take your business somewhere they will take your schedule into consideration.

I had a great experience with Apple Valley Collision. My car was repaired within 3 days. Throughout the whole process I received texts and phone calls with updates. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean inside and out. What a nice surprise.

This is the worst repair shop I have ever been to. They received my car on April 30th and the estimate complete date was on June 5. They have been so unprofessional with this whole process. My car completion date keeps getting pushed back every single week since June 5th and today on June 25 was the day it was supposed to be done but I was told it still isn’t ready. I have waited way too long. I would like to speak with someone in the higher up

If you are gonna take my review down I will just continue to repost it and notify state farm about your poor repair job and terrible customer service.
Original post : They had my truck for ten days only to return it to me with white paint still on my black truck from the accident.
They also took off my spare tire cap and did not put it back on leaving a hole in the rear bumper. I returned to ask that the issues be resolved. My mistake was asking them to clear coat my gas cap as a favor for the trouble of bringing mg truck back to them twice after the ten day period. Once to show them their mistakes and again to have them resolved. The response I got from natalie was that I was to give them a 10 star review as a favor for the gas cap. I agreed to that so long as the work was done right and completed.
7 days later I call to check on the status of the parts and I find they have had the parts, but were waiting to compete the job once I gave them a 10 star review.
Ya you heard that right, they withheld from completing the job for a perfect review. I told them the review happens after completion. I get the truck back evrything looks fine until the next day filling my gas I see the gas cap was covered in spider cracks from their clear coat. I call back, and Natalie hung up on me in frustration that I was not happy with the clear coat and felt the deal for the review was a bad deal as they now screwed up my gas cap. Update: I have also found multiple issues with the paint job they did on my truck bed. As well as tiny pin dents in the repaired area.
I will update this review after speaking with upper management about the poor experience I had with this location.
Apparently noone here has the emotional stability to speak with an unhappy customer as noone called me back after I was hung up on. Hence why I was hung up on.
