My car's AC stopped working 2 years ago and I had it looked at 3 separate times by 2 other shops in 2 different states. AVCC found the problem and fixed it the same day! Great customer service and fair pricing, I will happily bring my car back for any future issues.

I never give the best rating to anyone because there is always room for improvement...but in this case...I was too close to doing so. The price is right, the work done is admirable, and you can trust them to do the right thing if there are any problems.

This is my new shop for car repair! I was able to get an appointment easily, and they are close to my new home. Justin was great and easily explained the lit check engine light on my car. His honesty and telling me that I could drive longer if needed, although waiting too long could result in failure to start, was refreshing and appreciated. He was able to schedule me for that afternoon to have the sensor replaced.
Lastly, I asked him for a recommendation to have a rear turn signal housing replaced on my winter beater, and he said they could do it there. I was definitely coming back for that.

Heater core flush? No problem, reasonable price.Original clamp broke after service causing coolant leak, clamp replaced at no charge.Excellent customer focus, very convenient location.

I brought my car in to repair a vibration seemingly in the right front wheel. They replaced the drive shaft and another part that holds the whole assembly together. When I picked up the car, paid the bill and drove it home, the vibration was still there but to a lesser degree. Evidently they didn't road test it to determine whether the issue was resolved. I'm confident that when I return it, it will be fixed to my satisfaction. I have always had excellent service from Doig, Justin and the team at the Auto Clinic.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I called ahead with multiple details of what I was looking to get a quote for. I had bumped my rear bumper and my blind spot monitor stopped working. After having my car for multiple hours, they informed me the damage was not something they do at this shop and charged me $120 for just looking at it. They said I have to go to a collision shop for this type of damage. Would of been nice if they told me it was not something their shop does when I called in and asked if they'd look at it and would of saved $120.

Lori got me a tow to the shop and slid my truck in during a busy day! Everyone on staff were committed to great service and very friendly. Atmosphere was awesome and I really liked that they went out of their way to pick up a part from Nissan after they gave the mechanic and myself a hard time getting cooperation from them (my vehicle is on warranty and Walser Nissan would not provide help). Most importantly, they made sure to confirm what the issue was before I left the shop. Highly recommend, whether your vehicle is on warranty or not!Service: Brakes
