In for first oil change and tire rotation.Barely had time to finish a cup of complimentary coffee in the waiting lounge before my truck was ready to go. Coffee was good BTW.Tech was sharp and everything checked out good to go.Bought the 10-pack of oil changes when I took delivery. Saves about $30 per oil change. Dealer HIGHLY recommends changing the oil on the 3.5 Ecoboost every 5000 miles. Pretty good deal.Definitely recommend AV Ford.

I will start off saying this , I saw a few used vehicles that looked nice. They were priced as such. In good condition , and not rust buckets. I watched the price drop on a suv. $1600.00 to be exact. I then set a appointment on Monday to see the SUV Thursday. The "VIP " appointment (per their email) was all set. This would be a all cash transaction. I then received two more emails in a 2 day span inquiring about my interest in said SUV. I then responded by email and by phone . This was done to ensure that the vehicle would be waiting. I ended up catching the sales person Jason on his day off (I didn't know this of course , as I called the number in the email ) he assured me said vehicle would be ready to view the next day. This is now Wednesday. I drive to said dealership where upon my arrival I was told it sold yesterday, and that he had sent a email to let me know that about 8am that morning. I did not receive said email but received all other communication from the dealership. So I suppose my VIP appointment fell through ok. Disappointed but not angry. Then I was asked was there anything else I was interested in. Glanced at pics of another vehicle. Asked questions about what the inspection sheet said. Any known problems.(I know used cars will be used cars )Come too find out it's a $5,000 dollar lol leak nightmare. No one wants to spend $5 or $6 grand and have a $2000.00 dollar oil leak the same day. After that wonderful offer , I was then asked did they have anything else that I was interested in within my price range? Well yes kind sir , your sibling company has about 6 in that price range. If he had cared too investigate further. My experience felt like a bait and switch and a rush. I guess $6,000 grand isn't money anymore.

My brakes on my Ford Escape went out 40 minutes from home. Had vehicle towed here because it was closest. They 'fixed' it, but I didn't even make it halfway home and the brakes went out again, with my kids in the vehicle! They towed it back again, and three days later when I hadn't heard from them, I reached out and they didn't even know where my vehicle was! When they located it, they claimed the original replacement part was defective and fixed it again for free. Offered me $10 credit for my troubles. I again drive 40 minutes to pick it up a second time, and it wasn't even drivable when handed to me. Another oops moment from them. "I should have inspected the techs work" he told me when I brought it back a third time. I spent $1000, two wasted 40 minute trips, and I still had no vehicle. I finally had it towed to my mechanic who treats me like a person, not a mark. Wish I had done that first, and not just went to the closest place. No competence. No professionalism. No accountability. Management didn't seem too concerned how I was inconvenienced and their massive failure to me as a customer. They are large enough they can just absorb awful feedback like mine instead of making things right. They could absorb your awful experience too. Be wary.

Used the dealer's Quick Lube facility. Three drive-up bays and 2 bays for appointments.In & out in 1 hour for full service oil & filter change; multi-point check of all major engine, running gear and safety equipment; tire rotation; and, they vacuumed my truck's carpets & floor mats. That was unexpected.Price was in line with similar service at other Ford dealers we have used all over the country while driving our F150 128,000 miles, including hauling our 30 ft 5th wheel 56,000 miles.The service advisor was well-spoken, knowledgeable, and most helpful. The technician called me to tell me the status of his work and the condition of serviceable elements he inspected. The technician also called me when he completed the work so we could return to the dealership to pick up the vehicle.Thank you to both the service advisor, Isaac, and the service tech, Travis.

UPDATE TO My PREVIOUS REVIEW: after this incident, this newly purchased vehicle we only drove for 8 days was in the repair shop for 6 weeks and finally determined unable to be fixed due to a serious engine malfunction. We did have a loaner vehicle provided by the dealership during this time. The dealership (and working with a different sales manager) did finally make it right - after a lot of back and forth conversations and negotiations - by returning the vehicle for full price back, paying off our original loan, and giving us some $ off a different but similar vehicle on their lot. Our 2nd newly purchased vehicle has not had any issues now since purchasing a month ago, thankfully. Updated to 2 stars vs 1 star due to the hassle of the original issues stated + having to negotiate to receive what was fair, having credit run again, dealing with the hassle of insurance and lender changes... we did get there in the end with being satisfied with the new vehicle, though.

The service center at apple ford apple valley is top notch. I bought a used truck from the used vehicle department and it had several issues. They were impossible to reach and extremely challenging to work with to get the issues resolved. It took several weeks to get a truck fixed through the used vehicle department. They agreed to pay for an inspection at a different ford dealership and then never reimbursed the inspection fee since they decided afterwards they weren’t responsible for it.When I started working with the service department it was a different story. Mark Matijasevich provided amazing service and went out of his way to ensure issues were resolved. Thanks Mark, you provided excellent service. You went above and beyond.I’d go back to ford again only to service my vehicle. I would not go back again to purchase a vehicle.

I purchased an Explorer from Apple Ford recently. I had issues at other dealers with having to speak to many different managers and departments due having a trade and the normal course of business. At Apple Ford, Joe took care of me every step of the way and took care of me as I would expect to be. Thank you Joe for your courtesy, service and overall professionalism!!!

We went to Apple Valley Ford with the intention of looking at a used vehicle. We worked with Jason as he saw us outside and came out to answer some questions. He was extremely honest, friendly, transparent, and if he didn't know an answer to my multiple questions he was willing to find out from someone else. We purchased the truck and the transaction was smooth and we never once felt pressured. We would 100% recommend Jason to anyone looking to find a vehicle.
