Worst experience ever. Bought a car from them, get home, 3 hours away to have it looked at and there’s tons of broken parts that should have been fixed under neath the car. Called them and he hung up and wouldn’t answer any calls after that. Terrible business.

Sketchy experience. Brought my gf there to look at cars. Thank God I went. After the employee found out I was a mechanic, he shut down and became short and rude. Lied about financing and he told us we had to make a decision right away bc they were closing early....

I purchased a 2011 GMC Terrain from this dealer, the agreement was that I pay full price and they’ll fix the exhaust problem. They didn’t not fix the problem bc it turned out to be the catalyst converter, I’ve been waiting almost a month for a part to come in but they were telling me to just leave my vehicle and it’ll get fixed but how was that going to happen if the part still isn’t in. I’ve contact legal representation because they sell lemons cars and give misleading information for solutions. I thought business was going to be good, turns out they’re Shiesty dealers ?? love my vehicle hate the customer service and misleading information.

Sold us a vehicle with a bad transmission that was doctored up to run ok for a short time. They said the owner would call us but never did. Would no longer respond to phone calls or messages. Very expensive fix and no help from this dealership.

Awesome place to buy a vehicle! I bought a Ford Pickup for a great price in excellent condition. Still runs great 4 years later. So we went back and got a sweet deal on a great work van. Highly recommend!

Be careful with buying a car "As Is". A buyer should expect to buy a car that the tires can be removed to do routine brake work immediately after buying, but you should check to make sure the lug nuts aren't cemented rock solid onto the stud to the point that the rim needs to be cut off to finally get the tire removed. Discount Tire said the tire had been driven on extensively with very low air pressure and was badly damaged on the inside. I'm guessing when they bought this car at auction they knew this and it appears a hole in the tire was plugged to repair it. Regardless of why the tire could not be removed, one would hope when they buy a tire the basic ability of removing a tire should be expected. When I went to pick up the plates I informed them of this and they said the sales person who sold me the car would contact me back. It has been 3 days and I have not heard any word.

I bought a van through this company about 4 years ago and it still runs well to this day! I recently went back to purchase a car for my 16 year old and found a great deal again. I love this place and the people and wouldn't shop anywhere else for a car. They are honest and very helpful. They also go above and beyond when helping find what you need.

Bought a 2010 Jetta M/T for $3800 and the drain plug wouldn’t come out of the oil pan, $400 to replace, week later while coming off the freeway I held the clutch down and put it into third, and suddenly the clutch failed, throwing the car into third going 60 mph causing $2300 in damage. Good car but was abused and that fact I think was deliberately hidden by the salesman.

NEVER BUY FROM HERE: Came in to look at a 2007 Subaru Outback took the car for a test drive around the area and it road alright. Agreed on a price of 3,000 and asked them if I could come back tomorrow to purchase the car. They agreed after and as I went to go finance the vehicle I got a call saying I had to buy it today or else someone else was going to buy it. So I returned after hours and purchased the vehicle. As I was driving it home on the interstate it missed a shift.
