I had my car broken into and they smashed my driver's side rear window. They had excellent customer service. I brought it in and they were able to do the repair the same day. They had to jump through a lot of hoops to source parts but they went the extra mile to get my repair done promptly, and they were a delight to work with.

First tried emailing them from their website got no response, okay I will try calling a few days later. When they picked up the phone got a rude CSR that refused to help me out because “she was busy with scheduled customers” are you serious? How am I suppose to be one of those scheduled ones without your help? Had no other option just to hang up the phone and walk away from these rude people before actually using their services. I’ll take my money and recommendations somewhere else

Took care of me when another shop refused due to a little rust. They worked with my schedule and got me in ASAP and were super friendly and helpful with the insurance process. Highly recommended and got me in and out with a new windshield FAST.

Amazing people and service! We had a glass emergency while traveling through town. They found our very specialty glass AND got it installed in 24 hours! The waiting room and bathroom are comfy and immaculate! Snacks and drinks were also available! Best experience EVER!!

She is great to work with. Beats the the hell out of the big corporate glass folks. I would rather work with small business and pay a little more then to have insurance companies leverage the little guy out of business. Support local people. Thank you.

Great staff, Jeanne is very personable, very educated and knowledgeable. Very clean office and waiting area. Fresh coffee. Large TV. Quiet, relax while you wait.Very detailed, careful, and excellent service.Micheal maintains the highest integrety, in glass installation.Very clean and organized shop.My whole family and their friends will take their vehicles there.

Had a great experience getting my cracked windshield replaced. Called late morning on Thursday, dropped truck off and it was finished by Friday morning. Insurance was all handled by A Clear. What an amazing company! I had very prompt service from Jeanne. She was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. My insurance lady was so happy with how on the ball she was. I told them anytime after 9 am. I was delighted to see they came at 9:30. The installer was incredibly nice. He was fast and did a fantastic job. I will never go anywhere else.

Such a pleasant experience. Location was easy to find, waiting area was very comfortable and clean, warm cookies were supplied and of course, a new windshield. Jeanne is a real professional...Mike too. And I get to support a woman owned business. What more could you want?
