Delivered package to wrong address. Never got my package and tracking says delivered. Tried several times to deal with the supervisor that did nothing. Wouldn't tell me what address they left my package at. How are you supposed to show someone you didn't get a package when tracking says delivered. Guy definitely shouldn't be a supervisor.

For passport service this post office is worthless. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago and when appointment date came up got a call for one of the employee workers stating there passport system was done and had to reschedule so I did and made appointment 2 weeks out and appointment came up again and got another call stating they don't do passport service on Saturday and online clearly it states they do. They need to update info on if they do or don't do passport.

Government employees at their best. I wouldn't let these people put me out if I was on fire. These people work for the government, because if they worked in the public sector they would not last more then a day. WORTHLESS!

As of January 2024 there is a brunette woman here who is super nasty and dismissive.I came in to buy some stamps and she was very rude.I chose 3 different sheets of stamps. She condescendingly made sure to note that the one sheet costs $4 extra and the monies are donation.Do you know where the donation goes?No!!!Alright then, you old hag!

Kinda funny how they mark some of my mail as “attempted deliver, come pick your mail up” when not a single USPS truck has come by. C’mon y’all I pay for delivery at least try and do your job

My friend has been working here a few years now. she got converted to ptf status earlier this year but the post master made a mistake which costed her hundreds of dollars. So she lucked out. she says its a nice area to work, but the management needs to be restructured. This is wrong what happened to her.

Absolute garbage. We get a different driver every week. Half don't even pick up the outgoing mail unless I run out and make them take it. PLEASE Ramsey, get a post office!

I paid $75.50 for Priority Mail Express International. They advertise that it takes between 2-5 days. It has been 8 days and still no package, no refund, no help.All I heard was "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do." like 5 times.
