It's difficult getting in and out of the parking lot as it's right next to a busy road. The last time I went here I paid about $20 for a car wash. I don't think it's worth it.
The free vacuums with accompanying carwash purchase is a good perk but not enough to offset the expense.
The attendants are mostly friendly and helpful.
I miss when this place first opened and the attendants would offer you a cold beverage and wipes to clean the interior of your vehicle. It would be nice if they still did that.
All in all it is an underwhelming, expensive carwash and I don't think I'll be returning.

This place was great when it was Top Wash, but since becoming part of Mister Car Wash, the quality and service have declined. There are now 2 guys standing at the kiosk asking if you want the overpriced best wash and even asking if you'd like to leave a tip (!) before you purchase. They don't pressure wash your vehicle upon entry, and the rear of the vehicle does not get fully clean. The dryer time is also significantly reduced compared to what it used to be. Much better car wash options are opening up all over the area- try one of those instead.

The wash broke my light bar, they said when I signed up that the top roller would be turned off , well it had been the last 3 times I was there, now today it was on. Waiting for them to call me

Wash stopped again while I was in it. I had to park in multiple spots to find a working vacuum. Top wash was much better.

Girlfriend went a got a carwash, scratched her right side of the vehicle. When I let him know they scratched her vehicle he was short with me and very unprofessional. Would not recommend

I have a monthly pass and the last 10 times I visited, it was closed for construction. I think they are making it more modern, even though it is relatively new.

Car never comes out clean to the point where I need to go through Bills Superette’s car wash. Also, way overpriced for the wash I get. Plus I don’t even think they check what I bought cause they just send cars in back to back without stopping. I think I’m just going to stick to BILL’S Superette or kwiktrip.
