TL;DR - sketchy website. No showed. Customer service is trash.This company came highly recommended by a coworker I trust, which is why I'm so surprised how poorly all of this unfolded.Several days prior, I filled out the form to book for Wednesday during the day. Estimate looked reasonable. They had me enter my card details on their portal to lock in the date, and all 3 cards immediately came back as "invalid" despite them working everywhere else. That was red flag number 1. They said they'd just collect the total amount the day of, and we ended the call.The day before, I get a text message confirming the appointment with a 1-hour arrival window for 9am-10am. I responded in the affirmative, but got no response back. That was red flag number 2.The day of, no one showed up during the estimated arrival window. After almost an hour had passed with neither truck nor correspondence, I called the main number. Multiple times actually. Spoke to 3 or 4 different people who all said they couldn't get in touch with their office manager for my location. Every one of them said they'd call me back. None of them did. They also refused to give me the contact of any sort of manager or supervisor.And it looks like, according to other reviews, I'm not the first person they've no-showed! I was going on the recommendation of someone I trusted, so I didn't even think to. My bad for not checking first.We specifically scheduled it for Wednesday because I had a surgery scheduled for Thursday, and carpet replacement on Friday (which is the reason we needed all the stuff off the carpet before then). We took PTO to be available. For what?So how does it work, guys? Do you service 20 people and then no-show 1? Seems like a really weird business model. In any case, I went with another company whose communication was a little more on point, despite a slightly higher price.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Moving is stressful enough when things go smoothly, but to hire a company that does NOT show up, does NOT respond your phone call or texts is terrible. This is exactly what this company did to my parents. They should not be in business. DO NOT USE….if you still decide to hire them, then be prepared to be scrambling to find new movers on the day you need to move! They don’t deserve one star!!!

No bueno. We had a move scheduled with them about a month in advance, had confirmed the day before by email and text, and then on the day of the move NO ONE SHOWED UP! We called the office several times, texted, and emailed them but none of the dispatchers knew what was going on, and in the end, no one showed up. We ended up hiring another company. The crazy part? No one ever let us know why no one showed up! :(

I had a great experience with Muscle Movers 612! They arrived and went right to work and helped me get organized for my upcoming move! Muscle Movers 612 will be doing that move for me! I would highly recommend Muscle Movers 612 to anyone and I would definately use them again!

The Muscle Movers 612 were amazing! Rashad and his crew arrived early, accessed what needed to be moved, and took extra care with all of my daughter’s items. They were efficient, conscientious, and professional throughout the entire process. Please support this local business – you will not be disappointed!

Fast, thoughtful, and thorough. I would not hire anyone else to do my moving. The crew from Muscle Movers 612 was amazing even in 90+ degree heat! Extremely friendly and professional!

Rashad and his team were the best! We had them move our washer/dryer from our basement up to our first floor room. They were there when they said they would, communication was outstanding, and they were very professional and cautious with our floors and doors. We would definitely recommend them and use them again!! Thanks so very much!

Diligent, professional, courteous are the first words that come to mind when describing The Muscle Movers 612! From the bid to the last item coming off the truck, the experience was amazing! There was fantastic communication from Rashad and the entire team throughout the move. It was very evident that making us happy was the crew's number one priority! I will not hesitate to recommend The Muscle Movers 612 to family and friends.

I had a time-critical service requirement that The Muscle Movers were able to satisfy. A team of four thoughtful and courteous professionals showed up on time and completed 3 room pack and load. The team was enjoyable to talk to and work with. I highly recommend their services. Job well done!

I hired Rashad & his team earlier this month to move a marble table. I had received quotes from bigger name companies who wanted to charge twice what The Muscle Movers charged (because they have to code it as a piano since it's a single heavy/large item??) The bigger companies also cautioned that a marble tabletop is both fragile & extremely heavy, so they couldn't be responsible if it was broken in transit. Luckily I found Rashad instead! He accepted the job on very short notice, showed up on-time, had plenty of space in his truck & got the table professionally wrapped & loaded up in no time. He even transported the chairs for me without an added fee. On top of everything he was extremely cautious with my item, courteous & friendly. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, highly recommend!

We recently used The Muscle Movers for a second time. As was our experience the first time they did a super job. They were running a bit late but called and texted to let us know the updated ETA. Once on scene they worked very hard, we’re very careful with all our belongings and we’re very efficient and helpful with our special requests. Great crew of hard working friendly guys.

The 3 men that showed up were on time, very personable, moved added items for us that we didn’t plan on. They ended up assisting us with another trailer of stuff we were going to do ourselves. They were our lifesavers and truly appreciated.
