There have been some issues with text confirmations having the wrong date or time, but the information is always correct in their system. I bring 2 dogs to Rum River, including one who HATES going to the vet, to the point of having to be sedated, or at least did until her experience there. Now she actually seems to enjoy it. I don't know how they do it. Amazing vets and techs.
