I was doing a bathroom remodel and found a luxury vinyl hex online I wanted to see in person. Redmann's was the only local store that had a sample in store. I visited the store and was greeted warmly by Bobby. She was so great to work with, patient and had some great design advice. We chose to order the vinyl, and again, from scheduling to install, the process was great! I would highly recommend! As a local Real Estate Advisor, I always say that excellent customer service will always set you apart, and Redmann's does just that! I will recommend them to family, friends and clients.

Redmann's might not be the cheapest, but who wants that!? You get what you pay for, or at least you hope to, and they deliver on that. They stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!My wife and I are getting new carpet in our house as our original carpet has taken a beating with young twins. I wanted to check out Redmann’s in an effort to support local vs big box store. I went in today to get a rough quote on 3 different carpets, padding options and tear out. This is where the “fun” begins with the lady working at the front desk.After discussing with her what I was thinking, she told me without telling her EXACTLY what I wanted, and committing, she would not give me a bid. “We are booked out two months so that’s not happening” is what I was told when I asked if I could schedule someone to come out and measure. I told her I’ll just take some notes on my phone to get a rough guess on everything since she wouldn’t give me a quote; she then got upset and stormed off to find a piece of paper to give me a very simple quote. After a half hour of asking basic questions, getting talked down to and told “I already told you that”, I walked out with a rough bid which is what I was hoping for when initially walking in.My advice to this lady – be pleasant to customers who come in asking basic pricing questions. There are a TON of carpet companies out there and simple politeness and customer service goes a long way.Maybe I got her on her bad day or maybe this is just how this one associate operates. Anyway, wild experience and won’t put anymore thought into her shenanigans after submitting this. I wish her luck in finding happiness in the future.Cheers!

We did a complete remodel of our main floor. There is so much to consider, but Redmann's made it easy. We purchased our wood flooring, front entry/laundry room tile, bathroom tile and countertop from them. Bobbi was excellent to work with! She was great at listening to us AND was very patient! (one of us might have trouble making decisions...LOL) Bobbi was instrumental in getting the details right. When we picked the tile, she helped with grout colors, helped narrow down the countertop choices after showing her our cabinet color and also made suggestions for wall color. She is simply wonderful! We love everything we purchased from them and will definitely go to Redmann's for our future needs. Thank you!! Steve and Lori

Here is a business that supports their local military Unit.I transferred jobs to the Anoka Armory two years ago. The Armory doesn't own a forklift. Everytime I have called or stopped in to ask about using the forklift the staff at Redmann's have been super friendly and helpful. They send an employee over with the forklift. Not one time have they asked for anything in return. On behalf of the Anoka Unit, we Thank Redmann's for their support!!

I had Mike from Redmann's come out to my home to help with our design and selections and he made some recommendations that I will forever be grateful for. Had I went with my original thoughts, I would have been very disappointed. It was great to have Mike's expertise available. He wasn't making suggestions that would put more money in his pocket, he was making suggestions for my best interest. I Highly recommend Redmann's Flooring & Design. There's a reason they've been in business for so long.
