Unmanned, but never had a problem getting in as long as it's during gate hours. Staff has always been kind if we needed to phone for something.

Nice facilities! I have stored with Sharp Storage at two of their facilities now (Once for self-storage in Ramsey and every year for my boat at their Boat & RV facility in Elk River) and they have the most helpful staff, cleanest facilities and their security measures are outstanding. Highly recommend these guys
