I am not seeking a refund or an additional service. Solely here for communication. I am unsure if my technician was new or doesn't do pedicures normally. I had requested the Queen Bee smooth pedicure, solely because I enjoy Parafinn wax. My tech used an electric file on my big toe cuticles and destroyed them, it was very painful. Both toes were left bleeding through the service. The experience wasn't the luxury I expected. She then put the alcohol and different items on my toes which stung extremely bad with the bleeding that was happening. She painted my toes before i received parafinn wax, i didnt mention anything because i just wanted it to end with the pain i was in, then without any words removed the polish and left. Came back with parafinn wax and reapplied the alcohol from before and painted. My cuticles are still in a lot of pain and very inflamed less than 24 hours after the session. I did buy some hair product as well to finalize a gift card since another service from this salon was not something I would be seeking after this painful experience.

I called around looking for opening they told me stop by and they would get me in. I waited 15mins and was sent back with Nikki who did an AMAZING job with my nails. I’m very picky and I love designs and clean under nails. She even helped me pick out a pattern from bazillion choices. AND THEN helped me improvise the design. Very quick and pleasant experience.

They are pushy for you to upgrade to gel or more expensive products. I still had dead skin left on cuticle area and after about 6-9 days polish bubbled up and chipped off. Service is fast and fair priced.

always nice job but they have trouble doing multiples at once, scheduled three pedicures in advance but two were done before the third started. not a big deal but makes the last one feel left out a bit.I have been going there fur years and will continue....

Yikes… I asked for natural and professional lash extensions and I had to remove them when I arrived home! I looked like a clown! I paid 125 wasted dollars. I have been a great customer and have gone there for years. I was disappointed in the service when I called and let them know that my lashes did not look OK. I am such a s***** that I even left a tip because the girl had worked so long on them, that’s what kind of a person I am. They said I could come back and try again next time. I guess I’m going to find another place to go for manicures and pedicures, so sad.Service: Eyelash extensions
