Bad work place and environment. 2nd shift HDLC is a bad department don’t apply for that position. You apply for assembly operator and you get put on packaging. The leads, supervisor and higher ups are together so if one treats you like trash then the rest will too. They’re in a league together no use in reporting them to HR either because HR don’t care enough to do anything about it. They don’t guide and teach you, they yell and stare at you only. If you guys don’t believe in me apply for HDLC in 2nd shift and you’ll find out soon enough. You’ll see what I mean too. Overall bad working environment. Watch out for the summer too it’ll get hot really hot and they don’t have central air or air conditioners then though they make air conditioners. Good luck to anyone whose still working there and trying to work there.

I have been working with Patrick Stepanek, Hermann Nagel, and Katrin Fischer for years now. They are a fantastic team that is extremely easy to work with. Great communication and they really care about every client, no matter their size.

Superb quality in usa . Hopeless quality in india- Bangalore . Instead of rectifying the issue , they blame customer . Not at all good quality in india . Because of that customer is blaming our machines . Training india sales guys on how to communicate with customer is must .

Started out ok, but after being sent home more than once due being sick from the heat, and having a sick day, and being late on an overtime day, I then get fired, and now the supervisor and hr lady are lying saying that I quit. With the negative atmosphere, and lack of communication, you can clearly see why the turnover rate is so horrible.

Came to deliver here 10 hours before my appointment and been taken care off, very friendly guys at the receiving, unloaded me in 15 minutes. Companies like this are the reason why we still driving trucks. I will deliver to this place again.
