I had 3 memberships and got a new vehicle and noticed the car wash was scratching my new vehicle. Very noticeable on a black vehicle. I told the car wash and they said I should wax my vehicle. They didn't care and now my vehicle looks horrible. I canceled my membership!

The person at the service office was helpful, polite and nice. The vacuum suck literally they are actually doing the job good! I signed up for a monthly account again. For the summer and my car looks like a ? star!

I paid $29 for a cash wash, it never even touched my tailgate. Left streaks and water all over, dryers didn’t even work. Car wash goes to fast and doesn’t do a good job

never go there. they put a scratch down the whole length of my silverado. they are denying the claim. my 2014 is in showroom condition only to be ruined by their negligence

Great customer service always give my dogs treats. Vacuums don't work very good though.

I paid for the ultimate wash while going through car was the soap was just regular soap no color too it I drove around they told me the bulbs were burned out I was not looking at bulbs just the color of regular soap. I got a regular wash with the higher price will never do business there again.
