Extremely pleased with Mach 5. I've been in sales 15 years and this is one of the better customer service experiences I've had. Lee was very courteous and responsive throughout my 48 hours of buying a Highlander. He responded to my inquiries every time in a timely manner. I even took it to a local shop that did their own test drive and inspection which the dealer allowed. These guys have nothing to hide if they are willing to do that I feel.I see some other people had some bad experiences. Maybe they are learning from the reviews.I'd also say if you are going to buy as is you should do your research. I ran the VIN on several independent sites to verify the car's history and status, and brought it into Jack's, a local shop for a lookover before buying the car. Don't buy an as is car without doing research and then complain.I feel my experience goes to show a magic rule - treat others how you want to be treated. I was polite and professional throughout and received the same in response. We are very happy with the deal, car, and customer service from Lee. Highly recommend for anyone willing to take the time and research to buy an as is car.

Super shady. They don't post actual pictures of the vehicles they are selling online. Instead they posted 3-4 stock photos of a "similar" truck... we know what the make and model look like dumb@$$e$, we want to see what you are selling. Reading other reviews it is not surprising.

Bait and switch tactics. Post photos of brand new cars while trying to sell a used vehicle. Pretty obvious what you guys are doing when the vehicles in the photos aren't even the same color. I didn't bother going in because I'm sure I would be told that the vehicle "sold" and that they had something else what was "reliable". Joke dealership.

Shady dealership!!Be ready for a long review, as I have had MANY issues.Found a vehicle I really liked, an upgrade from my last vehicle that I owned for YEARS, and many miles. Found almost the exact one I wanted at Mach-5 Motors. Drove by and called and asked what they could tell me about, first gave me the wrong year. I already knew what year it was. Asked if I could come look, went and looked, test drove it. Nothing seemed obviously wrong. Told Randy I was interested but needed my s/o to come look before I got the ok to buy. Just to add - my s/o is very vehicle savvy, owns many vehicles does ALL maintenance on our vehicles, snowmobiles, four-wheelers, boats and is mid rebuild on a motor out of a truck. I have never had to bring a vehicle to a shop for any service, other than tires until this one. — They then told me then that it was on consignment. Went and looked and drove again that same day. Said it was great, but needed a few things so talked down in price a little bit, got approved by the owners.Next day went and did paperwork. Was given a duplicate key not the original key with no fob, which was weird this car should have at least 1 original key and a fob. Left the car there until we could move some cars around and pick up later that day.Picked up. Temporary registration wasn’t done, no temporary plates drove home - check engine light came on, plugged in and read the codes - there was 8 codes- EIGHT codes! That had obviously been cleared. Was going to be a major fix. Called back Mach-5, less than 24 hours after purchase, said they’d call back, never did. (Never calling back is an ongoing thing for them)Unfortunately, signed a paper that said sold-as-is, so they get you there and your not protected under MN lemon law. Had to go back there to get temporary plates that were never given.Fixed the little things we know were wrong, and some routine maintenance. Then the big repair, $3500 later -repair done elsewhere, thankfully. They knew this was an issue and didn’t happen to mention any of it, even though MANY questions were asked about it. This was my first car loan and something I really wanted, now I’m stuck with it and a payment on it.Waited on my plates, the temporary registration plates are good for 21 days, called after 28, plates no where in site. Supposed to get a phone call back that day. Was told ASAP, never called that day. Called again the next day, was told the sales guy (Lee) has been out from work for surgery, what? But would be in later that day and he would call me back with in the hour. Never called back. Plates showed up that day, they were forwarded, wrong address and wrong name. They had my middle name down as my first name. Wow.Not even 2 weeks after huge repair, turned off car while getting lunch for 3 minutes, then wouldn’t start. Had to tow- back to the shop. Easy fix, but more money. This repair was likely from sitting, when I specifically asked how long have you had this car, Randy’s response was “I don’t know, 2 weeks.”Fast forward about 2 months I get a letter from my bank, saying the lien is missing from the title. OMG. I paid for tax, title and registration to Mach-5 at purchase. Had to go pay for a duplicate title. A couple more months later, my insurance now provides carfax… why does the carfax records state that the car has about 50k more miles about 2 years prior than when I purchased? Not sure how the miles could been rolled back about 50k a year later on a digital odometer, but I’m sure Mach-5 is responsible. The car fax also states the cars worth. Over $5k less than I bought it for 7 months ago, not including the over $4500 in repairs I’ve put into it. And at the time I was actively looking at KBB and other sales to know a good cost for these cars. If I traded into a dealership I would loose over $9k in 7 months on this car!Never ever buy a vehicle here!! They seem nice right away, but so hard to deal with and will sell you any POS.Their websites states “we service all vehicles before we sell them” yeah, turn back odometers and clear check engine codes.

Misleading and dishonest business practices. Lee Harvey my sales rep lied about the status of the title and didn't disclose that it was a consignment sale. Randy Barrows the owner couldn't tell me when the car came into his dealerships possession nor did he offer to look up said information. He directed.me to my sales rep who is now ignoring my calls. I was going to give a good review at first. I'm not necessarily displeased with the car i got but unhappy with being lied to and misinformed. Personally I wouldn't reccomend.this business. Their tone changes once you call them out for how.they conduct themselves. Also they wouldn't give me a copy of the paperwork I signed for the car title. They said it was already sent to the state and they didn't have a copy on file. I bought an as is car which I understand how that works. Lee went from courteous and informative to annoyed when I called after the sale with more questions. They might have done everything legitimately but for a business that claims they value customer satisfaction they don't follow up. He's mildly unorganized and almost tried to charge me 500 more than the asking price. Didn't tell me the right dollar amount when I asked about fees and taxes on the phone before I got there. Then couldn't recall the conversation. Also I'm sure they are involved in curbstoning. Posting ads on Craigslist where they don't say they're a dealer. Not a word about dealership in the ad once. You find out when you get there. I learned a lot about dealerships through this transaction. Lost a whole nights sleep researching about it. I know what I got into with an as is sale. Hopefully the car won't have major expenses right away. If it does there's always public transportation and thankfully a really reliable shop down the road from me whom I can trust. Thank you for the learning experience Lee and Randy. In the end it really does help.

If I could post a negative 10. I would. They sell junk, and death traps and waiting for a law suit because one will happen. The vehicles they sell are not road legal for test drives or road worthy but they convince people they are. Steer clear and save you and your family

Never want to work with this dealer again. We went to look at a truck and had a down payment for it by end of the night we were approved for financing and were suppose to come fill out paperwork next day. While in the mean time even though we had approved that day, he decided to sell the truck to someone who came in with cash even though we had been approved for it. Then decided he would pick a different truck and submit to finance with out our approval. This guy is rude I was hung up on when discussing a matter about a different truck. Just all over not satisfied

Shady dealer. We got a car from this old guy who was playing busy man on the phone. " sold 5 cars today! Must be doinf something right!" The type of dealership where if its not in writing, he will make something up the next time you come around. Be careful of all the car sales on U.S 10. Shady highway.

Do not trust this seller. I bought an SUV from them. It is on its way to the junkyard. A mechanic said it is unsafe, the frame is so rusted the body is barely attached. A friend confronted them as i am ill and they are not going to do anything for me.I intend to file in small claims court.
