Bought a chainsaw frome these guys. Had a issue with it and they got it fixed up for me in a few days. Initially it was not covered under warenty. I wasn't happy with that at all, but in the end it was no cost to me and that right there says allot! So when I need more of what they have ill be back. Because it's all about customer service.

Lano is the best Bobcat and Kubota dealer in the business. Best sales, service and rentals. I also started buying my Stihl products here as well.

I live in Ohio and have family in the Anoka area, they were looking for a Stihl chainsaw for Christmas and I was able to purchase it through Lano Equipment online from Ohio and everything worked out great. They kept me informed of my purchase and my family in Anoka area said the folks were great when they went and picked it up. Thanks from Barry

General manager Dan worked with me in getting my tool cat repaired and back to me in a timely manner. When they found a mistake, they sent a semi to pick my equipment up. The level of care and concern was incredible. Jake in the shop also was very concerned with making sure my repairs were done right. Jim in parts department efficiently handled my business. He is extremely knowledgeable in parts and helped me get the best ones for my equipment.The two drivers who delivered my equipment were incredibly kind and sincere. Overall this is a 10/5 business.

Awful service! A new tractor delivered with a slow tire leak and after I got it there for them to fix they charged me instead of covering it under warranty. Less than one year old and this is a 24 month warranty.

I purchased a Kubota BX 1880 subcompact tractor from Dan Petersen at the Anoka store. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. He also negotiated with me, giving me a great deal on servicing a BX 1860 that I had purchased from the same location in 2010.Great Product, Great Customer Service, Knowledgeable Staff and Great Value. Lano Equipment and Dan Petersen are the complete package. You won't go wrong dong business with them.

I am a new customer of Land Equipment via the Anoka/Ramsey dealership. I am impressed with the professionalism, customer service and knowledge I experienced in the purchase of a new Kubota LX2610 diesel tractor, snowblower, rear blade, bucket and forks. Salesman John Mengelkoch is the party I initially was impressed with (throughout the entire purchase) and "Gordo" the second party (delivered the tractor and assisted with additional instruction and familiarization of the functions). Both parties deserve a shout out for their exemplary customer service!
