Very professional service. I took my car in and he was able to do it right away. Very reasonably priced. He did a fantastic job. I highly recommend J & J Auto for your service needs. Just call ahead of time to make sure he’s able to provide the service you need. I was thankful that I was able to find them on such short notice. Will be back again!

THE best mechanic around!! Jim is as honest as they come. He is also very, very fair in his pricing. I have a car I'm driving that is 25 years old and still going strong which is a testament to the wonderful work he does. I would recommend Jim to anyone who needs a good mechanic. Not sure what I'm going to do when he decides to retire. Thanks for your awesome work Jim.

Jim does great, honest work. There have been several times he could have suggested services we didn’t need to make more money. He tells you up front what does & doesn’t need repair. And he is much more affordable than any other shop we’ve brought our cars to. Highly recommend.

We have had good experiences with J & J Auto. We have interacted with Jim each time we've been there, and the information is clear and straightforward. He does not work on all cars, and some services (namely alignment) aren't done there, as specific equipment is needed, that he doesn't have. While it took a bit of getting used to, Jim does a great job, at a very palatable price.

Don't let appearances fool you, there's a lot of great work done at this shop. My wife and I both bring our cars and yes, there was an acclimation period, but once we realized that J&J is a one man show, a lot more of what we were seeing made sense. So no, not all makes and models are worked on, and not all automotive work is able to be done. But the work that can be done is done well. And the price comes in way lower than what you'd get at any of the bigger franchised garages!

First time calling and acted like he didnt know what the store was for i called politely and asked if they had openings at their shop the man reaponds openings for what then i respond for automotive repair he sighs then says ok what car is it before i could even finish the word jetta he starts chanting nope nope nope like a child i hung up i will be going to honest 1 where they VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE
