The only reason I gave 1 star is because you have to provide a rating in order to provide a review I would give them zero Stars . I would not recommend using H&R Block. All of my personal identifiable information including my social security number was given to another H&R Block customer in their tax return. H&R Block told me that another employee not the employee that did my taxes but another employee accessed a computer wrote down my personal information on a piece of scratch paper and they don't know why and that's how it ended up in the other clients returns. Nobody has any information for me on why that other employee was accessing my information without permission why they wrote it down or why it ended up in somebody else's tax return now my social security number and all of my information including my dependents have been compromised with little regard from H&R Block.

Because I wasn't able to do my taxes I was doing them wrong but your staff knows there stuff in filing them correctly and filling them out correctly.
