Great experience. Chris Frederickson gave us good advice during the selection process. Carpet came in quickly. Tanya was prompt in getting us scheduled. Installers were on time, professional and quick. Treated our furniture with great care.

1, got a new one. Looks good.
Overall view and purchase chase was good.. 2 star is for HOM furniture sending the first table having a chunk missing from the table. Second table was not new. It was a refurbished table. The top looks dull and the tech confirm it was refurbished.. tech repair wasn't great.

Just had both flooring and carpet installation. Very pleased with both, but I have to say the floor guys went above and beyond my expectations! When they had completed the install I returned to vacuum the floors and discovered that they had been thoroughly vacuumed. Wow!

The initial experience was good. My wife found the electronic rocker/recliner she wanted, and we understood the delivery delay due to COVID supply chain issues. Less than a year of having the chair a wire broke. I called for a warranty repair and was told it would take close to 2 months to get the chair repaired. They offered to send me the part to repair it myself, and I was fine with that. I was sent the wrong part twice. Hom furniture offered to replace the chair and I received a 2 hour delivery window two days later. I received a call an hour and forty five minutes into the delivery window and was told it was still an hour away. I enjoyed shopping at Hom Furniture, however, this experience has me thinking of looking elsewhere.

HOM has the best selection we found and the installation was unbelievable.These guys were fast and courteous. Even funny sometimes.The workman ship was far and above anything I think other installers do,or myself and it would have taken me weeks to do what these guys did in 3 days.The details and prep work really make a difference.My new floors look like they came with the house.If your looking for new flooring, don’t skimp on the install.
