I had seen one doctor who then referred me to Dr kalb who ended up needing to see me twice just to refer me to another doctor who now has to see me once before the surgery. Our health system has too many people mooching off of patients.

I like my doctor, but in order to get to her I have to go through the rude people in charge of scheduling. I’m big on customer service and it’s important. If you make me feel disrespected I’m not coming back. I have good insurance and I can go anywhere. And if all the other patients start to feel the way I do then they’ll leave too. This is something to take into consideration.

I’ve always had a great experience here with caring staff. From the desk people to my new physician. Waiting area is spacious for room if you aren’t feeling great. Nurses have been stellar to me. Highly recommend.

Health Partners new TV commercial that has employees bragging them up as a great place to work. COULD NOT BE MORE FALSE! Do not work there! Nurses at every level are treated in a degrading manner by Clinic Providers at every Specialty. What a joke it is when the commercial states management has their back. DONT WORK HERE!!!

Last week I had a colonoscopy screening at this location. It was my first time there but not my first colonoscopy. The nurses who greeted and prepped me for the screening were wonderful, but once I reached the procedure room everything was cold and rushed. You are administered a sedative (as I said, I'm experienced) and I was knocked out cold this time. Next thing I knew I woke up in a new room by a nurse loudly telling me to wake up. I was extremely groggy and chilled, not unusual when you're coming out of sedation. Unlike all the other times, I was actually unable to open my eyes, and this nurse was briskly telling me to sit up because I had to get dressed and leave the room because she needed it for another patient - this was literally 10 seconds after she had first woken me up. I asked her for five minutes as I was feeling dizzy and she replied, "Five minutes becomes 10, becomes 15....". I was astonished. My mom then joined me in the recovery room and could see how out of it I was and tried to explain to the nurse I needed a bit of time but that didn't help either. She helped sit me up and get me dressed but I didn't feel like I could walk. The nurse (again briskly) said she could get me a wheelchair. It was absolutely ridiculous. My mom pulled her car around and walked me out. I slept in the car and all afternoon. Afterward I realized the time we left the clinic was only 50 minutes after I had been sedated!! I'll never go back to Anoka again.

It went terrible yesterday 01/11/2023 a never to return type of situation. We were asked to leave (child and me) because I chose not to move forward with THE BLOOD DRAW FOR ALLERGY TEST! on top of that the people didn't even share their names with us besides the doctor whom didn't even know how to explain what correct way the allergy test is really taken until I tried my hardest to clerify to my child it's only a prick NOT a scratch as what the Doctor kept saying and the doctor seemed upset after telling her I will not let my child get another BLOOD DRAW after just having one weeks prior which I called in for so they can do the allergy test during the other test that was needed for the blood draw to begin with and my child wouldn't have to go to more pain or TRAUMA! I had to ask for water to try to calm my child down after she heard the doctors por choice in words and the other person just laughed while the other rolled her eyes and shook her head as if we were the problem. Inconsiderate people who don't think ahead and are careless of others. Disgrace! Dispicable!
Other appointment:
Urgent care is a definite waiting game ? make sure to bring snacks, meals, beverages maybe a blanket and pillow. I brought a book? ? pharmacy is in the building!

Every time I come here, I wait AT LEAST 30 minutes in the room waiting for the Dr. It doesn't seem to matter which doctor or what time of day, every single time.

I’ve seen several specialists at the Riverway Clinic and to say I am not impressed is an understatement. Informed primary care not to refer me to specialists at this clinic again.

Called to get message through to pulminary doctor. No call back received. When calling to get initial concern addressed call was answered by a rude receptionist. P.S. have people answering phones identify themselves. This will curb the attitudes from staff whom obviously dont care about your patients/customers. Requested to leave voicemail with office manager Joshua Blood still no call back days later. Of the belief that no one is held accountable. Poor management or staff unsure but in my experience their 3 star rating is to high. This is sad as I've been happy with my doctors. Amazing how the other helf of the team is clueless to patient care

I've gone to this clinic for awhile and I've always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and the wait times are shorter compared to clinics in Minneapolis. The doctors I see here yearly for check ups are patient and I've never felt rushed.

Came in around 6pm, had just hit my hand with a sledgehammer against a metal fire pit ring, splitting the whole in-between my thumb and index finger portion of my hand. Was trying to hammer rebar post in to keep the pit from moving then got distracted. Not only was the clinic convenient, the staff literally could not have been better. From the initial check in, to the Doc that gave the stitches, My Wife and I agreed they were all Phenomenal! Words simply could not describe how good you will be treated at this clinic.

unprofessional Healthcare field they have a save my spot but only if you hurry and it doesn't become unavailable because than you just check in like a regular urgent care 3+ hour wait and than they stick you in unit 3 where a nurse comes and calls someone than 30 mins later calls someone than nothing for an entire hour and a half and than you are shocked cause you get called back and the nurse yoy get is super rude you answer her question about drinking and she asks never not even occasionally well I said no and than you realize this unit is so slow because you can here laughter and chatter on other side of door where nurses are and more than likely providers wow this isn't social hour there were 3 other people waiting to be seen still this poor elderly man was here when I checked in at 4 meanwhilethey are sending people for urgent care to unit 2 that I have witnessed called at least 12 or more people since I've been here yes not all of them are urgent care some have appointments but it is utterly ridiculous unit 3 has little to no providers at 4 pm when people to need to be seen than as well and I have been sitting in my room for 15 minutes now still hearing talking and laughing ? wow ? ? awesome unprofessional Healthcare system you guys are running here

I would strongly suggest a different clinic. I've had multiple unsavory experiences here, but continued to come because I loved my doctor (who has since left the clinic). The last time I tried to make an appointment for my infant daughter, I was treated very poorly by the receptionist. She shamed me and got huffy after I explained that my daughter and I have different last names. I kept mine when I married my husband, not that it's anyone's business. When I told her my preferred provider for my daughter, she again got an attitude and rudely stated "you REALIZE that's a family medicine provider, not a pediatrician?" I told her that I understood. But that both could see infants. I will never be returning to this place, since apparently shaming patients is a standard procedure.

How can you ask a question about coverage?? No one ever answers!! Can I have apt when my consult was ordered June 22. 2022????????? Next apt available isn't till Jan ..... hope they don't turn me away!!!
