“Tyler was very kind and so helpful. We got a bed set and side tables that matched. He was also able to help us out with a great deal on a serving table that was the last model. “We purchased a purple bed at the State Fair which after 30 days we realized it just wasn’t comfortables for us. We were advised to call our State Fair representative if we weren’t happy with our purchase, after calling and leaving 4 messages and no response we walked in to the Mattress Firm Maple Grove feeling stressed out that we were stuck with an expensive bed that was uncomfortable and no one could help us. Jonny and his coworker were so kind and listened to our situation and after testing out other mattresses we were able to upgrade to a Tempur Pedic mattress. “Convenient store close to shopping center Northtown Mall. I had the wrong item delivered with my order, and Target shipped me the correct item to my address.
I don’t recommend placing an order from in store pick up because it is not efficiently staffed and the employees will make you wait until after they are not busy with drive up orders.”
