i made an appointment online to see the owner, Angela. Once i get there I was told she already left. Very unprofessional to not even give me a call or even an email letting me know i would not be seeing the stylist i requested. I ended up seeing someone else and when i told them what i wanted to do to my hair she immediately shut my idea down since it would be my “first time getting bangs and they’re high maintenance” she also would not stop telling me how bad my hair was and making me super insecure, even though every other stylist i see says my hair is pretty healthy. After getting home and drying my hair i realized the face framing she had done was EXTREMELY uneven. Not only that but the other hair stylist were just sitting on their phones turning down every walk in because “they didn’t have the time” even though i was the only client there…I would not recommend going here if you have wavy and curly hair.

Tried to get a haircut without appointment, the receptionist she said there was no open schedule. Not even asked or offered any options, to wait or set schedule. Better spend money somewhere else.

The place was overall nice my main problem was the customer service, I came in for a consult and throughout the entire visit it felt very targeted, one time in which asking what I use to dye my hair I replied with “oh just the usual nothing like splat or anything.” and was met with a rude remark about the product I use to dye my hair at home being for “grandmas” and to cover up grey hairs. Going along with this overall, it was just very unhelpful. There wasn’t really much said on the quality of my hair or when asked what type of color would best fit my undertones I was just told that the color I wanted was a cool color something that I already knew snd was not asking. I forgot whoever helped me but she was extremely rude and I just got the vibe she did not like me. All in all compared to previous locations and stylists I’ve had this was definitely not one of my better experiences.

Very friendly staff that make you feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable. Was very pleased with April’s service and suggestions.

The haircuts are satisfactory. The buyers remorse is; at what point did the value of the haircutting services over shadow the actual haircut execution its self.
Grand total Over 30$ after tip..... for what little hair I have left on my head..run a #2 clipper ...thats it.... the value to service ratio has gone upside down. Avg. 15 minutes to cut my hair if that, so the math leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Angela is a master at cutting and styling curly hair! I showed her a picture and she gave excellent advice prior to my cut, and how to maintain it going forward. Very happy with she and co-owner Dolly's service skills. These ladies run a fabulous salon!
