I have been going to Creative Shears for several years. One reason is that my stylist, Julie, gives an excellent cut every time. Another is that Creative Shears is a positive atmosphere; never 'gossippy' or 'negative-talk'. I enjoy every visit!

Daughter saved her pennies for a month to pay for a trim and color. She went in and the ended up cutting way more than an inch from her hair. They gave her highlights instead of what she wanted and the color didn't even come close to what she showed them. She came home in tears. I called them immediately and spoke with the gal who worked on her hair. She said she had to talk to the manager and she would call back shortly. I never heard from her so I called the next morning and spoke with the owner. I asked for a partial refund and she wouldnt give it. Said she wanted my daughter to go back in to have them try to fix it. Daughter said she will never step foot in their building again. They already screwed up her hair and she didn't trust them enough to have them try to fix it. So more money out the window to take her elsewhere to have it fixed. Unfortunately, not only did they lose my daughters business..but also the rest of us.

I had a super pleasant expirience here and I would highly recommend it. I got a wonderful hair cut for 35 bucks and the stylist I had was very friendly and made sure I was happy with what I had. The interior of the salon is also absolutely adorable and very calming. It has cute cottage vibes. If you're looking for a low key and stress free, friendly hair cut this place is for you!
