I was a little hesitant to check out Classy Consignments due to some of the negative reviews. However, my wedding party and I had a great experience! We were the only ones in the store while I tried on wedding dresses. There were hundreds of dresses to choose from. We found my wedding dress, a veil and a mother of the bride dress all in about an hour and a half. My dress still had the tags on it and my savings was over $400. There was also a 10% off discount for the week on all our items. I would recommend checking this place out if you need a dress for any occasion!

I got a beautiful dress here with my friend. But the staff was rude and snobby.
A girl tried to sell some dresses to the shop, but the shop said they were too outdated. My friend bought one of the dresses instead (admittedly, it was a bit rude to sell something in someone elses shop. But it was only 20$.) and the staff complained about loosing the money from it. One of the staff was wearing a Gucci belt.
The staffs behavior definitely doesn't want to make me come back. But, they have a very beautiful array of dresses!

Staff did little to help. We selected the gowns (not well organized) and had to put them back in the bag and rehang them.

This experience has been anything but smooth. If you do not read the contract VERY closely, your dress will be DONATED to Salvation Army with no notice. I’ve been trying to get information regarding my dress since last summer with a promise someone would call me back. NO ONE calls back. I sold other gowns here before with pretty similar experiences. On top of the outrageous cut they take when your article does sell is wild!

My experience has been terrible. Read the contract carefully. They take 50% and that is only if you contact them to see if your dress sold. I had my dresses there for the one year contract and went to pick up my (wedding) dress since I wasn't notified that it had sold. If you do not pick your dress up prior to the contract expiration then you forfeit your dress. I went to pick it up and they couldn't find it. In fact they had me looking for it! I left expecting a call which didn't come. I called THEM to find out that my dress sold! (or did it?) Really? How long ago? Were they waiting to see if I came back before paying me? It is unorganized, sketchy and honestly VERY rough around the edges. In the end I had to go BACK for my money because they couldn't even mail my check correctly. I would not BUY or Sell from these people again. Unprofessional and not very pleasant.

Tons of dress options. A little crazy. Price range all over. Since they're consignment we decided it must be more based on how well known the brand is. The ladies who run the place are pretty spectacular. Will help if you need it. Leave ya be if you don't. Only 5 people total per appt.
My daughter found the perfect wedding dress here. For less than $600. I'll share a picture after the big day.
Highly recommend you check it out. Brides, bridesmaids, prom, mother of the bride/groom. All occasions.

We walked in and were immediately greeted and asked if we needed help finding something. I told Dee I was looking for a green formal. I went into the bridal room that was super busy, as it was a Saturday and found one green dress. I came out of that room and there were 3 others waiting for me to try on. Ultimately, none of them fit, but my husband spotted another dress hanging by the fitting rooms. We both loved it and it fit perfectly. Even though it wasn't green, it was gorgeous and the price was great for the type of dress it was. I will for sure go there again when/if I need a formal dress.

Had a great time here. Found the most beautiful dress for under 600 bucks. Good quality and lots of choices. Small dressing area but you can't be mad when you're getting amazing dresses for such a good price. Staff was super helpful and kind. Even gave us a great lunch recommendation.

This shop has a large variety of sizes and well organized and clean. I am a plus size woman and there were many options to select from throughout the entire shop. Many times there will be one tiny section in the back of the store for plus and it was fun to walk around and find dresses. Both owners were very helpful and kind. Although I did not find a tall dress here (I’m 6 feet tall), I would recommend this dress shop to anyone. Thanks!

I had an amazing experience at this store. I had looked at a few different stores for a dress for this event that I am going too and was having no luck. I was feeling really discouraged and defeated because I couldn't find anything that fit me at this place also but then one of the women working, started helping me. She ran around the store and found probably 6 or 8 dresses that fit me and were all very beautiful. She was so kind and helpful. She found the perfect dress for me. I'm so grateful and really excited to attend my event!Thank you so much!

We had an amazing time going in and looking for dresses and a veil for my upcoming wedding. The ladies were so helpful when looking at dresses for my mother and grandma and making sure that they were comfortable and felt beautiful in their choices. They also gave amazing suggestions for caring for the items and getting alterations.

Classy Consignment should not be overlooked for reasons of selection but also focus on genuine and exceptional customer service. I arrived with no small feat, to find a semi-formal dress for a wedding (the next day) and Dee and Chris helped me, and within 20 minutes... I had the perfect-for-me, Alfred Sung, dress and felt like a princess. They are awesome. The only suggestion, would be to expand their location. They are awesome!!
