Ok, I am a believer. Bought the premium for my 2014 WRX. Made a huge difference and I notice more mileage as well. Not sure if it is 60hp, but after a week I let my wife drive and she even noticed the increased power. Wants one for her Volvo.

Works great but there is one exception. If you are a daily commuter it’s perfect. If you let your car sit for three days your battery will most likely be dead. The lights in the chip will deaden your battery without consistent charging
