We had an excellent experience with Rick at Anoka Ramsey Auto, who helped us out with a used car inspection. He took us along for the test drive and talked us through his concerns from the initial run, also giving us advice on what to look for on our own test drives in future. When we got it back to the shop, he put it on the hoist and gave us a fair and honest assessment of work that would be needed in the next years with a special consideration for our particular needs. We ended up not going with the car (which was from a local Hwy 10 lot), but would go back to Rick in a heartbeat. Great service and trustworthy opinion at a reasonable price.

They always get done what needs to get done and also really cares about you and your car. I’m not the most knowledgeable when it comes to these cars but he goes the extra mile and explains everything to me.
