I realize this is a high rating but my experience was excellent. I was treated with respect..they were very knowledgeable and patient. As I was driving my vehicle home I absolutely enjoyed myself. I love it! Thank you staff with Drive Appeal. Very professional and helpful.

I bought my 7th financed vehicle here. The previous 6 all had pleasant experiences but how we were treated and helped by Steve sets a whole new experience and raised the bar; substantially! I don't have good credit, but I have flawless car loan history. Steve made us feel welcomed, joyful, and listened to our needs. He reviewed things and when we asked about certain vehicles, he would educate us on what the loan structure would be. We drove away in a beautiful 2019 Ford F-150 with zero down. I wish I bought every vehicle from Steve.

Great customer service! Very fair in giving us first chance at a vehicle because we were the first to call and inquire. Knew the vehicle history, they were able to tell us the most convenient way to purchase which saved us an extra 2-hour drive to the dealership. We will shop here first next time we're in the market for a vehicle. Fantastic experience!

Wonderful overall experience! I did a lot of research on the car I was looking for. Drive Appeal came up first in every search. Beautiful website with tons of information. Easy directions to find and a warm and welcoming office. Nice clean lot, not too crowded. Joe, my sales associate, was pleasant, humble, honest and put me at ease immediately. He helped me through my first car buying experience and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend Joe and Drive Appeal to all my friends and family.

Was in need of a new car. Browsed used Dealerships, and heard good things about Drive Appeal. Found a few vehicles I was interested in at their Anoka site and set up an appt. With Joe.
Joe was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Putting me at ease when dealing with the stress of purchasing a new vehicle. He answered questions I had before I asked and made the experience a breeze. Much appreciated!

We have been in the market searching for a cargo van for our business for some time now. Came across a beautiful red cargo van on Facebook market place. It matches our business color perfectly. If I could give a negative response for this company I would!!!! THE ARE GARBAGE!! I had test drove a car from Joe at Anoka location. After test driving this car my dad heard some noise from the front end and the tire sensors were not working to read the weight on tires. Joe had told me this car passed safety inspection ( which it did not ) and it was just the senors that were out the tires are fine. So i went ahead and bought the car, only to drive it not even a week and major issues SAFETY ONES happened. I then reached out to Joe and still have not heard from him, so I decided to bring it to my mechanic and there was SO MANY SAFETY ISSUES this car should have never been allowed to drive off the lot. I then call the New Hope location where the shop is and explain what my mechanic found to have the guy tell me manager was not in took my info and said he will call you. I was not going to be without a car and this should never happened, so I drove it I was not far. When I got there guess what THE MANAGER WAS SITTING IN HIS CHAIR!! I gave them the safety issue list from my mechanic to have him say " I can't do anything for you today you will have to come back Wednesday when you have appointment and we will look at it then. NO I AM NOT DRIVING THIS I AM LEAKING BREAK FLUID OUT THE BACK OF MY CAR ALL OVER MY WHEEL. He took it in the shop and they were to fix going to fix everything on the list because they were SAFETY PROBLEMS!!
1. Front tire rod end ( almost snapped in half)
2. Sway bar links
3. Back breaks - they had it rotor on rotor and the caliper had been broken off.
4. leaking break fluid out the back end all over driver back tire
5. Front hub assembly
6. Leaking air on all tires
7. Tire sensors
8. Leaking oil
9. Bent frame which they caused when they put it on lift.
He then stated to me they would fix the things on the list BECAUSE OF SAFETY. They had my car Monday sometime after 4pm more around 5pm. told me they had to get parts etc. and would call me when this was done. They called me Tuesday the next day a little after 1pm. to tell me the car was all done, which they open at 10am!! So I asked you guys did everything on that list he stated that they didn't have to do the sway bar links because they were fine, and it was not the Wheel hub assembly it was a wheel bearing out but everything else was done. When I got there I briefly looked over this due to emergency happened an I had to go I signed the sheet of what they did and left. MY TIRES ARE STILL LEAKING AIR I fill them 32lbs every other day and they go below 28lbs over night sometimes as low as 21lbs. I then text the company he replies with THIS IS COLD WEATHER RELATED. I message him again and I get no response from them AT ALL. My front end is still not safe because they did not due to sway bar links, I am still leaking break fluid out, they did not replace the brakes only added caliper on left side. Anyone knows when you do tierod ends you need to do alignment but the guy told me NO YOU DON'T THE CAR DRIVES STRAIGHT!! This is not cause the car drives straight its because When replacing a tie rod, a mechanic will try to get it as close as the old one was. An alignment still needs to be performed because it will never be exactly in alignment which is measured in fractions of an inch. And you didn't do what needed to be done so my car would be SAFE ON THE ROAD!!! I spend 10,000.00 on a car got reassured this passed safety and THEY LIE !!!!! I want to see what the safety inspection means to them what do they check???? THIS PLACE IS NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!!

Purchased a truck from here a couple years ago. Right away we noticed they covered up rust spots... make sure you do a test drive through the car wash. The truck didn't even last to paying it off. Engine went out, 10k needed to replace it. Still owe about that on the truck. Ouch.

Joe Hall was amazing! Worked the deal out over the phone as I live 6 hours away. Praying that I don't make the long trip to see it for nothing. Get there and the vehicle was better than I imagined. I've owned it a week now and couldn't be more happy!
