We had a unit here for a few years. Sometimes your code would work to get in and sometimes the gate would just not open. During the winter, the driveways were hardly ever plowed, snow up to the lock, and door frozen shut. We had many belongings get destroyed due to leakage in the shed, rodents, and mice nests. Advertisements said ‘rodent free’ when we were looking at renting a unit. A monthly insurance fee was paid, and the fee you are charged every month does not cover hardly anything. An email with images attached of ruined items were sent to management which we were then told that upper management would be notified and would be reaching out- that was 3 weeks ago and we have not heard anything. I would not recommend this company to anybody as we have had nothing but issues, ruined belongings, and poor management.

Can't get in when I want to, even during the day. Snow up to door lock. Snow slid off roof and blocked drive and was unable to drive down there. They have cameras there, maybe they need to watch their properties a little more.

Be careful when you decide you want to rent one of these storage units. They advertise $78 for a 10x15 with the 2nd month fee. That's just great but I got my invoice and it states that I owe $114 for this month. Even though it's wrong it won't allow me to just pay the $78 that I owe. I've tried to call them multiple times left numerous messages and nobody seems to want to get back to me in regards to this wrong amount on the invoice. So now I am late paying them and they're probably going to add on a $25 late fee or something d**** I am SO disgusted right now with the foot of snow we just got that I can hardly vacate my unit right now because I can't even get in the gate or access it right now.

We rented a unit over two months ago and got our vehicle in it after about an hour because our code would not work. They gave us a temporary code and we have not been able to get back in our unit and they are not returning my calls. Frustrating!

This place has horrible management sat at the property for over a hour and a half waiting for someone to show up to make a payment along with calling them several times to get ahold of someone with no success. Not only was I told someone would be there. But was told by a district manager that my payment would be refused.

This place was great when it was managed by KO. Since they have switched to SROA they are impossible to get in touch with via email and the employees you can get in touch with over the phone are entirely unhelpful. Luckily I am at the end of needing this storage unit and hopefully shouldn’t need to deal with it much longer. I have sent 5 unanswered emails about my last date of rental and have heard nothing back from them. Yet they are able to email me separately to request things from me that didn’t transfer over from the last management (auto pay, insurance). When I respond with the answers they are looking for, along with the questions I have they yet again ignore my emails. Horrible management and I will never rent from this location again!
