My boyfriend and I met Wendy through our loan consultant. As soon as we were pre-approved for a loan, we were introduced to Wendy. The whole process from meeting to closing went fast and she made it much less stressful than I anticipated! She gave us great information for what to expect and took the time to get to know us. We were looking for our first home and she made sure we understood everything we needed to know before looking at houses. When setting up times to go look at houses, she worked around our odd schedule to ensure we didn’t miss any opportunities. We found a model of a house we loved the same week we met Wendy and decided to build! During the building process, there wasn’t a lot that was expected of her, but she took the time to make sure everything was going smoothly. We were able to ask her questions along the way and she would make sure to get the answer if she didn’t have it. She took pictures to capture big moments and was genuinely excited with us. Those small details meant a lot to us! She is very dedicated and did a wonderful job helping us get into our first home!

I met Wendy through my granddaughter who had just worked with Wendy to purchase her first home. I had a townhouse rental unit that I needed to sell and met with Wendy to consider her to sell this property for me. I was pleasantly surprised at our first meeting when she brought well researched comps for properties sold and for sale in the area. She presented them in an easy to understand way that made it easy to see what the right selling price should be. Isn't that the most important thing when selling a property? Her knowledge, advice and continued follow through was a great help to me in getting my townhouse ready to sell and all the way through the sale and closing. My townhouse was priced right, sold in one day and closed earlier than expected. How can it be any better

NOT ENOUGH STARS!!! Wendy was referred to us from some friends of ours when we were ready to buy our first home. We had no idea on what to do or what to expect...Scary right?? Wendy was there every step of the way making us feel very comfortable. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know and was never bothered by all the million questions we had. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for and never pushed us to go over our BUDGET!! Well since then many years have gone by, and just about a year ago Wendy has helped us sell our first home (SOLD in just 24 HOURS after being on the market) and was there every step of the way again to building our dream home for our family!!! She truly is amazing!!!
